I agree with most of the other reviews about this store. Ive been to WalMart stores across the US and it is the WORST! WalMart should use it as a training store to teach other WalMart employees how NOT to run a store. They never have enough checkers, and any form of management, if any are actually on site, are never to be seen. The employees dont give a damn about customer service and have NO sense of urgency. Many of them shuffle around on their way to somewhere with blank stares that would make the walking dead jealous. Dont bother asking any of them for directions or if they carry something. The standard reply is "Ill check for you", which is code speak for "This is my chance to get away from you and Im not coming back." And if you really, really, really, cant find an employee, the best place to look is at the door of the rear stockroom back by the hardware section where there always seems to be a continuous party going on, or out front under the covered smoke area where employees can be found lounging and studiously trying to ignore everyone else. Complaining to WalMart doesnt do any good, so its just best to take your shopping dollars elsewhere.....

I am not a walmart hater, I just hate this location. The management is terrible, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I looked on line for a google Nexus 10 pad, found it and it showed in stock for $399 at woodburn. I ran down there from wilsonville with my wife, had someone get the pad and found the price was $499. I told them about the online price, and was informed they dont honor the online prices, you have to order online. They called for a manager, after 15 min or more of waiting, a manager comes and with no apology informs me "no, we dont match. Period. No only do i find that incredible, that a store wont sell a product they have for a price they advertise on their website. But the fact that she was so rude about it. I will never come back to this Walmart, this was the final straw, i have had other bad experiences, but their utter lack of care for the customer pushed me over the edge. I will buy my Nexus 10, and other future products else where.

1st Walmart I dont like! I had to be in woodburn or for a temp job and used the overnight allowances to stay in my RV. The cost of merchandise in the store ranging from groceries toiletries and misc was about 50 cents to $1.00 more than all the walmarts between Vanc Washington to Corvallis Or! The checkers were unfriendly and not helpful. The recycling machines wouldnt take 1/4 of my returns and you had to wait an average of 20-30 min to get a "curtousy clerk" to cash out the undesirables. We witnessed a walmart employee peeing in the parking lot before he left in his car around 11:30 pm. 2 out of every 5 sprinklers they run every night shot straight up 5 and went into the parking lot. And my gas was syphoned from my rv twice!!!! There are few walmarts left in oregon that allow overnight rv parking so if you have to use Woodburn Oregon walmart stay alert and shop somewhere else before you get there!

I went here tonight around 9:30p. When I was ready to pay, the lines of the three cashiers were so long that they were blocking the isles and people had to walk through the clothes section to get by. While looking for a line to get into, I went to two different lines where I was told the line was closed. Why with that many people ready to pay would they be closing the lines? I dont care if it is time for someones break or to go home, I work in customer service too and when there are people to help you stay and help them. To add to the shortage of cashiers they seemed to have the slowest cashiers on as well. After 15 minutes of waiting and the cashier whos line I was in had only helped two customers, I walked out. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and I will not be back. You really need to step up the customer service.

I have never been so disgusted and disbelief with customer service until I went to this Wal-mart center! A cashier denied my OR State drivers license because he thinks I laminated my I.D...My DL is not expected to be in perfect condition since its been issued in 2005. He claims I falsified my I.D. so I asked for a Manager. A manager came, she couldnt override the sale because its been denied, never even looked at my I.D and said shes couldnt do anything. I asked for a policy and was told there is none in place. She was not helpful at all. SHe was so rude and inappropriate. After driving 25 mins because that was the nearest Walmart, I went through all this trouble. Never will I return to that store, ever! I have told all my friends & family about my experience, and I can assure you, they have lost our business.

Customer service is awful (Im not going into particulars, but my situation was so mishandled that its comical... lets just say that their Layaway program should be called the "Stay Away" program). I dont think a single employee here could even spell "customer service", let alone institute that as a concept, but as they do hire from the lowest common denominator of the population, whats there to expect? Also, the lines are way too long at the front end, and they have too few cashiers to handle the volume. Oh, did I mention the ignorant management? They must promote from within... I wont go back to this particular Walmart, and I have already let my friends and family know how horrible my experience was here.

I went to this walmart yesterday to pick up some last minute gifts and was extremely embarrassed and harassed by their door greater! He immediately got an attitude with me when I beeped walking INTO the store. He continuously pestered me and tried to grab my arm to put some sticker on my hand for which he did not explain his reasoning. When he tried to grab me, I pulled away and asked him what he was trying to do. Then he flicked me in the nose and yelled at me! I felt so frustrated, harassed and embarrassed I took my family and left. All this right in the middle of the store and in front of my young son. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

I ordered a birthday cake with a picture on top. I just got it and it was the WORSE excuse for a cake Ive ever had. The "Picture" was full of lines and very faint in color. The icing had specks through it. I complained to the bakery, she didnt seem to care. I complained to the cashier and he apologized, but I had to talk myself blue in the face to even get a very SMALL discount. I had no time to ask for another, and will be VERY embarrassed to present it to my aunt for her 80th birthday tomorrow. SHAME ON YOU, Walmart. I will not be ordering another cake thats for sure. It was a total insult.
