Dont get me wrong I like my local Walmart, the staff are friendly and the store is clean. I have shopped in Walmart across the country and our local store still shines. But I find it very time consuming to have to go from store to store trying to locate one of their own products. I buy in quantity the "Great Value" Pink lemonade in 2qt recyclable bottles, but they are always out of it and when you ask the staff they dont know. I dont like the cans because it is a recycling waste when you look at one container vs 6pack of cans. So what is the deal it is summer and it should be on the shelves in the drink area not on end caps in the electronic section(Turner road store) So stock your selves please or your customers will go elsewhere

I shop here all the time and any problems Ive had are typical to the big-box retail outfit, especially one as large as Walmart. This place as saved me ridiculous amounts of money over the years, and is usually a very clean store with enough employees to help when you need it. The best times to shop here are early morning (7am) or early evening (6-7pm), as usually there are hardly any customers. The worst parts of shopping Walmart are things outside their control; screaming children, trashy people, etc. As far as a store is concerned, the prices and selection is unbeatable. Their "ship to store" function on their website always makes the store virtually 3 times bigger.

Not bad as a whole. At the pharmacy its something else. Yesterday I called at 3 to find out when my prescription will be ready they said give it an hour I called at 4:30 they said it was ready I go down there by 5:15 after standing in line for 20 minutes to be told its not ready yet give them another 40 minutes so I do stand in line another 20 minutes and its still not ready please give them 10 more minutes which I do although as you can tell by this time Im not a happy camper I go back again to be told that half of my order cant be filled that day and I will have to come back and start all over again tomorrow

The produce is terrible, baked goods are awful, they only carry seasonal merchandise, basic items are not available unless they are in high demand at that time, when they run out of certain items it takes weeks to restock them, the plus size womens clothing is horrible with sizes that run smaller than they should, the mens t-shirts are all dark colors (even in the middle of summer), all sandals are cheaply made with no arch support options... but the prices are low. If you can afford to shop somewhere else then I strongly recommend that you do.

I LOVE this store! The staff is friendly and helpful. They actually seen to like working there. My favorite employee is "Mikey". He is usually found with a ladder stocking shelves. He always greets us with a smile :) My husband and I are seniors. Mikey is a big guy and will help us get anything. Like the biggest Butterball turkey ever! Everything is well organized and easy to find. Checking out is never a problem. I have shopped there for 32 years. Im a happy customer :)

Another walmart. I find Target (everywhere) or Fred Meyers (Pacific NW) or meijers (midwest) all to be better, mainly because it seems that their employees care about customer service. I guess it may be me, but given the opportunity to choose another place I will. Unfortunately wally world is everywhere, open all night so they beat other stores in convenience. Maybe someday Ill find the store that places customer satisfaction above employee self gratification.

This gets its rating not because its truly all that great of a store but simply because it has low prices and large variety. It is still a place where people treat the environment poorly and where management is quite slow to accomplish tasks. There are often not enough registers open. Each Walmart is also a bit sickening as it drains the economy and chokes out the little guys. The money goes back to Arkansas!

Great amount of incompetence in the pharmacy department. Went in to pick up a prescription that should have been filled the week prior; however they were out of the medicine. came back a week later they were still out of the medicine, during which time my prescription expired. I had to go to another location to get a partial. Ended up having to order from the other location on the north side of town

Staff was friendly. I was helped at the In-Store pick up relatively quickly (not lightning fast, but certainly not slow). They helped me with my items to my far to help me check out. They were also very accommodating to my needs (I need to switch payment and they did so). Im more familiar with other Walmarts in the area, so I hesitate on giving this one a 5, due to lack of experience

Obviously there stuff is the same as any store, prices are not as cheap as they used to be as for everyone they bump out of biz, they raise prices.... as there long term plan states! its the service that stinks, they have 40 check stands and 2 open if your lucky but mostly 1 and its 30 mins to checkout! I pay more for my stuff to save time and go to Freddys up the road! Stay clear!

I love this store! Ive been going there thirty years. Even buy my groceries there. On a senior citizen budget it is the best place to shop. There is a guy who stocks shelves and such. His name is Mikey. He is always friendly and will go out if his way to make you feel welcomed and valued. Thats the difference between shopping there or somewhere else.Employees like Mikey.

What can you say.. Its Walmart.. this particular store is not a Supercenter so it doesnt have the full-blown grocery store inside.. however, it still has quite a few grocery items ..They have everything you need even stuff you dont.. everythings easy to find.. its easy to get in and get out & plenty of parking & as always, their prices are hard to beat!

I went there last week and the department manager of pets was very helpful very friendly knew what he was talking about. Great customer service and he really looked care about what I was looking for such a bright young man. Very accommodating to disabled shoppers. I use a "non-traditional" mobility scooter (Segway) and have never had any issues with using it in the store, unlike my horrid experiences in the Turner Rd. Superstore. Staff are always friendly and eager to help. My only caveat with the store is the exceedingly tight aisles in the clothing sections.

Having recently visited a Walmart in Oakland, California, I can safely say the employees and customers at this location take a bit more pride in their community store. Still, it IS a Walmart...

Great customer service from Chris who works in the toy department. I was calling in to verify if an item was in stock, and I could tell from the interruptions that he was very busy. He handled both myself and the individuals asking questions with respect, a kind voice and excellent service.
