Well I shop at Target quite a bit but, the last I shopped at this location the softlines associates and management were very rude and unprofessional. Let me explain, I went to the shoe area and noticed that they were running a 50% off clearance event. So I decided to look for shoes for my daughter since shes only 10 months and doesnt need expensive shoes since she is just learning to walk. so after some time we found a pair of shoes that fit and looked decent enough so I looked at the price and they were 26.99 originally but they were marked down to 18.97 which by my math is not 50% off so after searching for an associate I finally found one with her manager and asked about the sale and why the shoes werent what they were supposed to be and she said that they werent 50%off but they were 30% and must have got put in the wrong spot which I would understand because I work retail as well however upon double checking the sign and are for any sign that would say 30% off I could not find one and on top of it I found the Same shoes in two other clearance spots saying 50% off so I decided to go to the customer service to get the price corrected and as I approached the customer service area the lady behind the counter instantly rolled her eyes and looked so disappointed to do her job,so I told her what was going on and to see if she could adjust the price since the mark on the shoes was clearly wrong so after giving me attitude she had softlines check the sign which it said 50% off clearance shoes and 10 minutes of my time she finally changed the price and usually I wouldnt put up such a fuss over 5 Dollars but the fact that the manager and associate literally were trying to argue with me instead of just checking the sign or just taking care of their mistake is bull crap all the employees at Target are always so rude and or unprofessional and if you need help good luck theyre never around and if they are theyre really not interested in helping you

I am an avid Target shopper. Although the staff at this location are mostly accommodating and the store is fairly easy to navigate, I find that they are more often than not sold out of items that I need. Now, I know this stores location is in a prime spot between Hillsboro and Beaverton, but I still think its a little silly that they would be out of stock so often on what I need. A perfect example is that Ive made 4 trips in the last month looking for a particular brand of baby formula for my son, but they are always sold out. In every instance, I traveled to the next closest Target and lo and behold, they had plenty. This is the only reason that I wont give this store any higher than 3 stars.

I purchased a water slide online and decided to pick it up at this store. The customer service staff who called Chelsea told us it would take just couple minutes to process the order. Then, I waited almost 20 minutes!!!!! And she explained nothing about it and when I grabbed the slide by myself and told her I would not wait anymore, an old lady, called Stephin who also worked at customer service said I must wait and cant take the slide I grabbed. I was soooo upset and waited another 5 minutes to get it. Will never go this store again!!!!!Really disppointed about the service there. By the way, I will give zero star if theres a choice:(

There is practically no customer service in this target shop. The associates move on with phones in their back pockets talking to co-workers,but rarely they greet or attend to the service of the customer.only when asked they will just tell you the aisle number,if at all they know it or just say randomly, that it may be in aisle some number or nearby. They never walk with you and show where the item is.I have been to tanasbourne target shop in nw evergreen pkwy beavarton 97006 four times between 2 sep 14 to 6 sep 14.my comments are based on my experience personally durng this period.

When I called, I pressed 0 for the operator, and a woman named Hillary answered the phone. To start, she cut me off before I finished asking my simple question. Really? Then, the phone system disconnected me when she attempted to transfer me. On my second attempt, I was able to reach an associate on the floor. He was helpful and I had my question answered within 15 seconds, which saved me a trip to the store. I could have just transferred to the individual department myself.. No big deal, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Target always has an intoxicating feel, and I can always find some kitchen trinket I absolutely need. They also carry things you cant find anywhere rise, line my preferred shampoo and conditioner. I was impressed by there selection of furniture they have right now, their prices are really good. I used the self check because the lines were all taken. I prefer to have a checker but I like that I could skip the waiting as I was already way too exhausted to stand without passing out.

Employees should make it less obvious when theyre following ppl around...I dont like feeling as if Im being followed or harassed constantly while employees conspicuously follow me. I find it sad that his has happened to me several times at this EXACT location. I guess Im guilty of shopping while black. Target employees should know that discrimination and racial profiling is unacceptable and could lead to a lawsuit!!!

I searched two target stores for a clearance window panel I accidentally bought just 1 panel of. When I called this particular store Nancy in that department she quickly located the LAST of the product and saved it for me at customer service. I spent over 4 hours at 2 other locations that were showing the product was indeed in stock, yet in reality they were not. Thanks so much Nancy and Target!

They have a weird mix of items. The womens clothing selection isnt that great, with it leaning more towards the teeny bopper than adult women. I wish the dress selection was wider at this spot. They dont have as much as other locations. They also seem perpetually understaffed and the turnover for food in their market section isnt great. I keep finding expired products

My checker was really nice and funny. I had a leaking swiffer refill package and she advocated for me to get a new one and had an associate even bring it to me. She made fun small talk while we waited a really short time to get the new, unopened box. It was probably one of my more pleasureable target experiences today. This is my favorite Target. :)

Asked the women in electronics if she knew the dimensions of the Apple Ipad mini 4. After her response of No, I asked if she had a tape measure so I could measure it. She responded with another No without offering to find help or get me answers. My fiancé and I left and went to Fred Myer, got what we needed along with the help we asked for.

Went in to buy a CD that the Target web site reported as in stock at this store. Wrong! The clerk said it happens a lot. He offered to check the inventory at another store by going online! Logged in to Amazon and ordered it with Prime. Received it today. Small wonder brick and mortar stores are in trouble.
