Im a single mother and I made it to this store looking for some specific toys for my three children. While I was there the staff started following me around. I dislike profiling. Because I had set something down the employee with the beard told me he was going to follow me around. I was completely offended. Ever since my husband died 3 months ago I feel very overwhelmed when dealing with volatile men. I felt like I should call the police to escort me out of the building safely. I wouldnt suggest any women go into that store alone.

I was in buying a new breast collar and hay bag for my horse. I dont know if its because Im 24 year old blond woman who wasnt wearing plaid with horse poop on my boots. But the man with the pilgrim beard and the skinny guy with the vest. Thought they were smooth. Plus the pilgrim beard guy was making eyes at my husband which made him VERY up.^^^^356 _ m_en with men. Just not my man thanks. To top it off the Pilgrim guy has some nasty greenish stuff in his beard. Poop?

I have been shopping at the Cornelius Coastal Farm location for two years and have had a good experience until I took an item for a return this morning and it was refused even though a I had been told by another manager it would not a be a problem to receive a replacement. The damaged product has an "unconditional guarantee" provided by the manufacturer as well. The conflicting information is frustrating and I have chosen to shop elsewhere.

I have never seen anything like this before, staff are all very friendly. But know one knows anything about any of the products they sell . I ask a few questions about different products all i got was the most stupid looks i have ever seen .example had know ldea what a 55gal. Water barrel was let alone what a bung was . Management failure if you ask me! Lots of nice products but you need to research them yourself

Just a shout out for Chuck in the firearms department. From day 1 when I special ordered a pistol to the present when he helped me aquire a new magazine from the manufacturer. He always followed through and made sure I was taken care of. This is very rare to to see anymore, and he definitely is an asset to Coastal Farm. Would definitely recommend and purchase from Coastal Farm in the future. Excellent Service...

unfriendly staff, I was trying on boots and the lady who kept checking on me was friendly but the 2 girls working the checkout were too busy having a conversation to acknowledge me. No hello no eye contact just handed me the receipt, when I said thank you I got a sarcastic "have a nice day". I guess I should dress more redneck when I go in there maybe then Ill get friendlier service.

Thank GOD for this store. If you cant find womens work boots you have to shop here!!! I have shopped womens work boots for EVER, bought and worn at least eight other brands. I FINALLY found womens work boots that fit my feet! They are the Double H Ladies Buckaroo. Instant comfort and a walking work sole for traction, plus they are good looking, not bulky or ugly. AND MADE IN THE USA!!!

A little help in Mens apparel might be nice. For a place that sells premium brands at retail prices; that department seemed awfully lazy. Despite having a separate rack for big & tall flannel shirts; It turned out that both of the shirts I pulled off the regular size rack are actually big & tall. So, I got to pay extra for two new shirts that hang down below my crotch.

This store will not take clothing back if you wash it so make sure it fits and wont shrink before you walk out the door. Also the older fellow running the gun department in the back is a pretentious know it all prick. I will not be spending my hard earned money in that store , even with my 20% union discount.

I used to go there often. The last 3 times I shopped there, were for items on sale, the cashier did not ring up the sale price, I had to ask for it. They had a bar code taped to the register for the monthly sales. The cashier did not acknowledge either way, just scanned the bar code and stated the new price.

I took in a pair of boots to see if I could exchange because soal was torn, I was told it was out of warranty but that they would cover it anyway very professional staff as well as helpful. Very pleased with my experience

Coastal has most of the supplies we need for our farm. We do a lot of outdoor work and they had boots in hard to find sizes. They have a large shoe/boot selection. They also have feed and tools and great customer service.

Great prices on Carhartt. My wife and I buy most of our farm supplies here. I will be stopping and getting some new baby chicks by this weekend. Thanks for being there for us.

Coastal is a great place for work clothing, especially leather gloves and boots. They carry a lot of items that you just cant find at the big chain stores.
