Whoa. Mens clothes were picked through and all that was left was disorganized , weird "fancy" stuff. How is there always 1-2 people checking out 20+ people at a time. I only want to go in there when I know exactly what I want, so I can run to the line so I dont spend 20mins in it. Also, I was cut off and seemingly profiled like I was stealing stuff when I was somewhat aimlessly shopping. The loss prevention girl was driving me nuts! If my wife wasnt buying something, I wouldve left everything on the counter and took off. I was definitely presented well for public, especially for Ross.... Does my beanie and nicely cut beard come off like Im trying to steal a chipped kitchen trinket? Goodwill looks higher class than this place.

I cspent over 100.00 dollars at Ross today to get home and find a nmistake on one of the items called them spoke to mellisa for a price check and was told they were sold out of the Perry ellis 360 I just left the astore it had several more then three bottles. i was bold face lied to This the worst customer service ever!! thank you for reading Wanda

Really nice place to find stuff youve been looking for for a while, you may not find it right away but it will show up eventually, Hit and miss sometimes though. Sometimes youll find so many things that you cant buy them all and sometimes youll find nothing, they stock new stuff Friday and weekends so peep for stuff around then.

Ross is great and all, but it sucks when you go to apply online and as soon as you submit your application, you instantly get a email saying " were sorry to inform you your not what were looking for". Really!? Glad we actually have real people looking at applications. Not dang computers.

Worst Ross I have ever been to. One of the employees was throwing a fit because it was 1 minute past the time she was to be off work. She was not nice to her boss or the 20 customers waiting in line to be checked out leaving only 1 cashier to handle everything.

The customer representatives are very helpful and non judgemental the prices are truly wonderful and the selection of items are great the only thing is the lines at checkout are ridiculous but to me it was worth it.

I can find so much cool stuff here! My only complaint is the tops seem to be a bit overpriced sometimes. However if you need a nice dress this is the place to go. It would be nice to see some more variety though.

My husband thought this was a 2nd hand store I was dragging him to because of the look, and feel of this store. Lines are always sooooooooo long. Only go if I am desperate and cannot find item elsewhere.
