Today I was standing in line behind a lady who didnt have enough cash to pay for her full purchase. She told the cashier to remove the quart of cream and the gal of milk from her bill. The cashier complied and then lifted the two products up, one in each hand, in front of the women and said "I hope you know these will have to go into the garbage now". The lady was shamed by the cashiers rude remark. I spoke up and asked why the products would have to go into the garbage. He replied, Its wal-mart policy because we dont know how long youve had it. The lady and I both laughed and said, " From the back of the store to the front!". I told the cashier that I didnt believe it was store policy,( It was sealed, cold and she only had it in her cart from the back to the front of the store) I told him it was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I told the cashier to put the products on my bill, so he sold me the milk and cream he was going to throw in the garbage, which I assume was against store policy is reselling returned milk, and I gave the lady the cream and milk. If this is store policy; that they have to throw away dairy products that didnt even leave the store, then I logically assume its because they cannot resell returned products. If this be the case, the dumb cashier not only was rude but he broke store policy by selling them to me. I told the cashier it was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen or heard and said I didnt believe him. He said " You want me to go get the manager?", I told him it was a dumb policy. You decide, but I wont be returning to this store again and Michael ( the cashier), I hope you get that college education you told me you didnt have which limits your job selection to the wal-mart you told me you were thinking of leaving. Get a degree and most of all, learn critical thinking skills and logic.

I went to this location for two items that i normally get at my local walmart, and they were completely out of stock. Not only that but they would not let me make a purchase on a bottle of tequila because when i went to the store i was with my girlfirend who was there for a seperate purchase. They followed my girlfriend through the store and then They would not sell to me because SHE did not bring her ID. For my transaction. I dont see how this locafion could let people with such terrible customer service work here.

Bought a new bike from you guys and have ridden it once both the tubes werent properly installed took an hour or so for my Grandmother to convince customer service to replace the tube instead of returning it as a whole. You guys arent responsible as the seams of becoming active are unraveling all over the place with the purchase of this clearance item that had two bad tubes in it Ill be contacting huffy as well

Great just cause its one of 2 stores in Woodland. 3 stars cause everyone that works there is no help what-so-ever! I cant think of how many times Ive been offered help just for them to tell me that they dont usually work in that area so they dont know, or when they tell you they dont carry that product but the next day Ill go with a friend and the thing I was looking for was right there.

A brand new store outside of Vancouver area. Very nice. Walmart supposedly trying to remarket itself as a better quality store with items made in USA. Most importantly, claims that are going to be raising wages of their own employees, so they have a better quality of life, and dont have to work multiple jobs. Is that even possible I wonder.

There is always a ridiculously long line. They will have 2 cashiers and 20+ people in line. The lines are out of control nearly every time I go there. I just set all my stuff down and left. A bunch of other people just did the same as well. Sunny at the the deli counter is rude which is kinda funny because of her name.

The pharmacy is fabulous due primarily the great people who work here. We have health issues and severe allergies. Pharmacy folks have caught prescription errors more than once. We like the text messages when prescriptions are ready. Also the prices are better than other places in town.

Checkout is a nightmare unless youre going for a speedy checkout with an express checkout amount of items, in which case you can generally fly through the self-checkout unless its past 10:30pm in which case theyre generally closed or in the process of being closed.

Some of the worst customer service you will ever experience. Carts are all jacked up. Seriously will take you 5 mins just to find a cart that rolls without a stuck wheel. Employees are grouchy and unhelpful. This is bad. Even for a walmart.

Nice Walmart. I really like that they are less crowded then most Walmarts. Their bakery is poor, and Ive had rather bad luck with their fresh foods. I think their lower population gives them a slower turn over on their products.

The wide and varied selection has a draw. I compare prices as I go. I found myself in Hazle Dell last week. A store there had a product I could not find elsewhere. I spent 5-10 percent more there than at Wal Mart in Woodland.

ghost town late night, and the last register thats open, is like a hang out spot for all employees....work, or stop talking. Toy section is forgotten about, crap hot wheels selection. will be going to fred meyers from now on

Too busy. Waited half an hour after they called for an associate to jewelry, customer waiting. I gave up. I saw several employees standing around talking and laughing. Someone needs to teach customer service

They dont have hand carts/baskets and the employees are always irritated when i ask for help and are always in a grumpy looking mood. It is also the first walmart ive been to that is not open 24/7.

This is a good place. Theyve put in self scans to help get customers checked out faster. Their on shelf ability has gotten alot better. They have a great store manager. The store is clean .

Always real good at this store the Hazel Dell store on Highway 99 is the worst store I have ever been to and Im a truck driver Nationwide the wait for customer service is quite often ridiculous

Cleanest friendliest walmart Ive ever been to along the entire west coast. If you ask a question, the employee actually walk with you to three different sections to find the item.

They dont always carry the thing your would expect them too. The workers there are friendly and try to help u find what u need but we couldnt find what we needed at this location.

Its a Walmart. You dont expect much out of them but the prices are low and the shelves are full. The bonus this one gets is that its clean and a quick on and off the freeway.
