Oh my gosh, I love shopping here. Its like a box of chocolates, you never know what you might find! Dont get me wrong if youre looking for jeans, shirts, underclothing, shoes etc. youre going to find it. What I mean is the other items they carry in which youll find something off the cuff, like handbags or shoes/boots for example. Found some great deals & received great assistance while shopping. The line was long, but please please dont let that deter you from shopping, it moves fast. I noticed there were people being pulled from the line if you were paying via credit card. The gal who helped me was cheery, fun & engaging in a happy conversation! Enjoy your experience make it a good one!

Alterations are GREAT at this location. I agree with the person who reviewed on the customer service - however, if youre persistent, then you can get the attention that you need. Like any other Rack, you have to search through quite a bit usually - but if youre expectations are realistic with this in mind, then your experience is a good one.

This is the worst Nordstrom rack I have ever been that I came to return some items not only they didnt excepted it, they stole my tags off the clothes. Very rude employees the worst customer service ever.

Great prices on brand name merchandise, but the mens department shrinks every year. Pretty soon there will be a single rack for mens jeans and another for shoes.
