hank you so much for the goodies at your store the eve of he 20th,20012. a little more organized like people with only a few items verses standing in line for such a long time.my mom got in line bfore I did and I was done before her and she gave up on a somewhat alittle over 200.00 dollars in which we came back on lost out on 25 off but shes rather a little old to be fightening the crowds yet she dose it every year.Also should be somewhere in ad that sale items sre not 25% off I didnt see it anywhere till I got up to make my purchase, misleading I think correct me if Im wrong.Wheres more people like shirley shes the only oneI reconize anymore would love to have a job there love your store thanks for making another great christmas best of luck next year keep up the good work u did for all of us country people. Whiny people with no lives write bad reviews for businesses over minor customer service issues. The job market sucks and a high number of employers in this area pay poor wages to their employees. I worked retail for 15+ years and it sucks because of over-sensitive, non-emapthic, selfish, impatient customers. Take a moment to identify with the person that is helping you, they are probably tired and overwhelmed, or just maybe you took them the wrong way. If a customer service person is outright aggressively rude that is one thing, but if is just because they did not smile at you right away because they probably have 5 things on their mind, try to be a little more understanding. Dont gripe so much, you are probably making others frustrated and angry because you are a demanding pain.

This store and the corporate office are rude, disrespectful and dont care one bit about customer service, especially to senior citizens. I was verbally abused by a manager at this store, for nothing more than asking for my senior discount. The people that work here are very rude young people who trash seniors and anyone else they dont like. Update 10/19/13 - I went in to the Eugene Store for their big everything in the store sale and they actually increased the price of everything by 10 percent ( in the computer) ! When my 2 items were rung up higher than the shelve price I protested. Got the right price and my discount but..how many people were not paying attention? This place is a rip off.

I really enjoy shopping here! The staff is really great. Animal Health staff especially. I think they do a really good job considering they have to deal with all the city people who come in and dont have a clue what they are doing. It isnt always easy dealing with the concrete cowboy. They do a great job. I have seen more customers come in and be rude, and the staff just sit there and take it. Clearly those people have never worked retail. That also goes along with the concrete cowboy type. Farm folks are raised very different.

Sometimes they have useful items in stock, but the service is usually very rude. The corporate office in even worse yet. I only go there when I dont have time to go to Wilco all the way over in Springfield. Customers are usually treated very poorly, especially if you have questions or requests. I uderstand that no company can aquiece all requests, but would it really be so hard to just be nice?

Very friendly and very helpful people in the store. I like that we are more than just another person walking thru the door....again. They tell us hello and ask if we are in for our usual things or if they can help us find something. They joke like we were family. ALWAYS a pleasure going there. Our ONLY problem is sometimes the warehouse workers can be a bit gruff but other than that LOVE the place.

One cashier was chatting with a woman in her line when I came up and she said "This register is closed for now, Sir". So I got in line at the other register with 2 ahead of me. After a few minutes, the first cashier finished "chatting", then said "I can take care of you now, Sir." Not rude, but not very customer oriented!!

A friendly staff, large inventory and great prices. I found exactly what I had been looking for at three previous stores. This store is pretty much out of the way for us, but have never been disappointed. Probably should start here first in the future.

My dogs got sick of the Nutro purchased here and the latter had to be thrown out (nearly $50 each bag). These managers obviously care more for their profit bonuses than about customer well-being and service. No longer do I shop here!

This store is horrible. Over priced, with rude customer service. They also dont guarantee their live stock. So take the trip to Springfield and go to Wilco. Wilco has better prices and much better customer service.
