I went in to see if they could help fix a repair that another bike shop in Hillsboro didnt complete and immediately went out of business before I could ask them to fix it. To my great relief the folks at WashCo BTC helped me out for such a cheap price that I came back several times thereafter to have them add some much needed used commuting equipment to my bike. They did it quickly and for a low price which was wonderful. Since then I have been in for various used or new parts, even once to fill my tires with air, and they have always been helpful. What is even nicer is their sales proceeds go for a great cause (they are a non profit). See their website for all the good they do for Washington County. I highly recommend this shop for repair, used/new parts, refurbished bikes, etc, since I have had nothing but great experiences working with them.

Not friendly, also unable to complete a basic repair. Brought a wheel in to be adjusted. They were short with information, did not look closely at the repair, but said they could do it easily. They could not do it at all, which they may have known had they bothered to look when I first came in, and they did not call me back to tell me they werent going to fix it (I had to call them to find out that they couldnt fix what they said they could fix). Dont bother with this place.

I called these guys on a Sunday, there closed on Sunday. These guys are awesome, Will Called me back on that very same Sunday and provided an extremely cost effective estimate for my minor repairs. I was impressed with the extra effort. Im taking my bike there on Monday. I very much recommend WashCo BTC, Located at: 137 NE 3rd Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97124. A locally owned and managed non-profit and community bike shop where I have purchased 3 bicycles for my nieces over the past few years. I support recycling, locally owned stores, and helping children in need so I feel confident that Im doing all of these when I support this organization. Service is generally quick and costs are discussed up front as to ensure there are no surprises. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great guys, great customer service and great prices. If you are looking for a bike, I recommend starting here. They refurbish older bikes thus providing a quality product for very reasonable prices. Give them a call and see if they have what you are looking for.

Excellent service and advice to my bike upgrade questions. Excellent work. Quick turnaround on stem replacement but I was in just before the sunny weather. Good reconditioned used bikes too. I highly recommend BTC.

Overall repairs are done like someone doesnt care about your bicycle or they just tried to fix it with no luck. They are selling bikes that are 20 years old for full price, they are not collector or Vintage either

Over priced, dishonest, incapable of proper repair. I had to take my bike to a quality shop who repaired what they couldnt yet over charged me. I would not give them a stare if i didnt have to.
