Tim, Eric, and eveyone at the shop are great. I bought a new bike from them 6 months ago, and they have been extremely helpful in keeping everything about it running smoothly (never at any cost to me). When my fork had a manufacturing defect that showed up a few weeks after my purchase, they loaned me a personal bike of theirs while it was being fixed by the manufacturer so that I wouldnt miss out on any riding. I highly suggest working with them when considering a new bike: low pressure, knowledgeable staff, and superb on-going service.

Got what I needed from this place. A burley encore trailer, fenders that didnt fit and a feeling of being rushed into buying it. Brought the bike in because the original fenders were destroyed in a wreck. Its a Giant bicycle, the brand they push, so I thought it shouldnt be a problem. Apparently I was mistaken, and all the while we were looking into some things, possibly a carbon fiber road bike, we were being rushed so that the young person helping us could go do something that was obviously more important.

I have shopped at all the bikes shops in Corvallis, and Bike N Hike is the one that I like the best. I never feel like they are trying to up sell or overcharge me. Their selection of bikes has increased over the years, and if they dont have it, they will order it for you. I find the staff to be friendly, and knowledgeable. Over the years I have bought 5 bike from them, and cant find a reason to shop anywhere else in Corvallis.

I brought in my old Bianchi bicycle (mid 70s) for possible gearing modifications. The "mechanic" on hand proceeded to tell me everything about my bicycle. How could I not let him fix my dilemma? Not only did he know how to "fix" my bike but he could order OEM parts if I could wait a bit. I couldnt and he got the parts needed to modify my bike. Every time I go in they are so helpful.

I cant say enough good things about Bike N Hike in Corvallis. I started shopping there and having service work done about four years ago, and theyve always gone above and beyond. After I had a bike stolen in 2015, I bought my next bike from them and theyve handled all of my service work since. If you want quality service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff, this is your place.

Simply the best. Its the only bike shop I trust to service my carbon fibre road bike and they are currently building a fixed gear for me. They are very happy to invite you into their workshop and show you what they can do and are good about giving you options. They also dont mind if you bring in your own parts.

Great, friendly, low pressure sales staff. We came in looking for a tune-up and advice on parts needed for in-town commuting. The sales associate was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. We liked them so much that we came back to buy our next family bike from them.

I took my electric bike in for a tune up and was turned away. They would only work on the electric bike brand that they sold. Either a bad policy or bad customer service (or both) is to blame. Either way, its a tacky behavior. Luckily, Cyclotopia was happy for my business.

Decent selection, they quickly pointed us at 4 bikes that they thought wed like. But we didnt get any explanation for why these bikes were best for us our any help picking. Wish there was a little more interaction and information exchange.

Stellar service and fast turnaround. Fixed a broken front wheel (spoke and needed truing) and got my rear derailleur working again for about 1/3 of the price I was expecting. Going back without hesitation. Corvallis Location

Awesome service, great people. I ordered my new Liv bike here and they included a years worth of free maintenance and tuning. I take my bike in any time and they fix it up or make adjustments. Love this place.

Brought in my deep v double wall rim in to get a tire on and they put on a rubber seal. It didnt even seal the rim and the tube popped from the bad sealing after just one ride. Not going back there again.
