As good as it gets is right!! I feel SO lucky to have found these guys. I had an old full suspension bike that I absolutely loved. Didnt really want to spend thousands on a new bike, but the old one had fallen off the truck and, in addition to being severely outdated, really needed some TLC. I take a small frame, and I just wasnt finding anything I liked half as much as the old bike, that I could afford. I wished there was a way to recycle the old gal, but truly thought the idea was way out to lunch. Thanks to NWProgear my old bike now lives another life, WAY better than it was brand new!! Dimitri took the time and energy to look for parts in Canada and even those he could adapt off e-bay, to fit my frame. I now have my old pal back and best of all, it didnt break the bank doing it! At the end of it all, I asked him if he enjoyed it or would never do it again. A true craftsman, he said he enjoyed the challenge.

Great shop and staff, Dimitri is knowledgeable and very low pressure. I purchased a pre-owned Specialized Crosstour recommended from NwProGear to make sure that I truly was into cycling before I invested heavily in the sport. Three months later Dimitri just hooked me up with a great deal and an awesome trade in for my Specialized on a pair of Fuji Absolutes for my Fiance and I. Being in a sales myself, I really appreciated Dimitris honesty and professionalism. He showed me what equipment met my level of riding experience, introduced me to some cool apps on my phone that will track my accomplishments and even suggested some local rides that he enjoys himself. NwProGear is a great addition to Lents and I am glad to have them in the hood.

This shop is amazing! I have now both purchased a used bike from NWProGear as well had them assemble a custom bike that I ordered. Not only was the used bike in great shape and for a fair price but they also went over the bike and replaced any part that had more than normal wear, a free 3 month warranty as well as free tune up and adjustments in that time frame. My custom bike that they assembled came damaged and with some issues, once we worked through a resolution they did an amazing job making everything exactly how I wanted it. They are honest and care about their customers as well their turn around time is fast! I dont see me going to any other shop anytime soon!

My husband and I recently bought a used road bike from NWProGear. Owner is wonderful, willing to go out of his way to help you in any way possible. Nice variety of products at the shop, very affordable, and willing to work with you on price. After being ridden a few times, the bikes stopper needed some tweaking. The owner quickly returned my phone call, told me to bring it right over, and worked on it right there while I waited. Excellent customer service and great products. Would highly recommend NWProGear to anyone in need of some bike maintenance or looking to buy a used bicycle.

Recently bought a Vintage Nishiki Road Compe from NW Pro Gear. Really beautiful bike. Great service. Test rode the bike then came back to buy it the next day. They were flexible with their prices. I took the bike for a spin around the block after I purchased it and go figure managed to find a staple. I walked the bike back in less than 5 minutes later and he tried to find me a new innertube to comp me but didnt have the right size. So he patched it for me instead. Taking the bike back in today for some minor adjustments. Really great service so far. Cannot stress it enough.

My bike needed a tune up. The gears would not shift properly, and the brake cables were rusted out and locked up. I brought it in to NwProGear. They took care of it, made all the adjustments, installed some new cables and finished all the repairs the same day! I was amazed. The other bike shop I called told me it would take almost a week to get my bike back. Thank you NwProGear, I will be sending all of my friends and relatives here.

Purchased a older Schwinn Traveler for my wife for her birthday. I had NWProGear rebuild the bike and install the components I wanted - new bar, pedals, brooks saddle, brooks grips, new brake pads and lines, fenders, lightweight wheels, tires, etc... everything to make the bike look new but still retain the "vintage" look. NwProGear...Cant say enough about this place, customer service, staff knowledge, and quality used/new bike selection. Ivepurchased two new bikes so far, with another one ordered. Although I live downtown sw, going out to 92nd presents no challenge, and is well worth it. Dimitrity will make you feel like you are is only customer, and is great all across the board. Took my sons BMX bike to have brakes adjusted and was met with fast and friendly customer service. Vitaly did great job and even replaced a bad brake cable. I was notified the following day that my bike was ready to be picked up. Met with Dmitry and he showed me a very nice BMX that he had for sale.
