Upon moving to Corvallis over 10 years ago, I tried all the bike shops and have no real heartburn with any of them. But now Ive gotten two bikes and a ton of gear from Peak and keep going back, to the exclusion of the others. Peaks customer service has been amazing and they always seem able to squeeze me in for a quick repair when needed; and reliably deliver the completed repair on longer ones. A particular shoutout to Gregg, who has consistently taken more than the expected amount of time helping me feel confident in the bike, clothing and gear purchases. He knows his stuff. Also, Jon is an expert bike fitter and worked even the smallest details to tweak the man-machine interface. His explanations of body and bike mechanics really helped me smooth some rough edges. Its great to have an LBS you can count on. Thanks, guys.

I had the joy of having a complete bike fitting by Jon at Peak Sports Corvallis on Saturday, October 22, 2016. I had experienced some continuous discomfort in my knee and Jon had been recommended to me by a friend. I cant express how impressed I was by the entire process and by Jon, himself. His knowledge is incredible, and his ability to break a whole lot of technical information down into easily understood bites for me was awesome. This fitting was very comprehensive, detailed and thorough and Jon is the ultimate professional. He made several adjustments to both my bike and my bike shoes which immediately had a positive change in how I felt while riding. Thank you, Jon. You are the man!

I sent my bike in for repairs and it needed a custom headset. They told me it would take 2 weeks and the Wednesday that the bike was supposed to be done I received a call telling me that they forgot to order the headset and that it would take another 2 weeks. It wasnt the error that bugged me but the fact that I did not receive an apology for the error. When I received my bike the repairs were excellent and the bike rides great but it was the lack of apology that bugged me.

The first time i went here i was happy with the service so i returned a second time to get my bike axle fixed. It got bent in a crash and i talked to the service people and they quoted me $45 to replace it and have them install a new one. All they ended up doing was straightening the axle and charging me $45 for that. My friend in portland said he could have done it for $15, so i got ripped off big time... I will not be returning.
