A big shout out of thanks to the store and Robert who was able to provide a shipping box for a bike for a special bike, and a special person in our family - This is customer service at its best ! The store was busy, and he spent a few moments going through the box of misc. items to help us understand better how the bike will be taken apart to be shipped. I am up front saying Im not the rider, nor can I ride do to docs orders - but its the place Id highly recommend for #1 in customer satisfaction & service. Thanks to all, and we will be back as the holidays are coming and I know that the "Special person" will need a few stocking stuffers. Cheers.

I never thought I would go with Trek, but they won me over. First, outstanding quality on the bikes and equipment. Next, great people on the floor and in service who work with you to find your needs. And the owner really cares about the customers and the local riding conditions. After dozens of years riding and racing, and a few years working for the bike industry, its safe for me to say this shop is certainly in the upper echelon. I feel great about the several thousand dollars I spent on a Madone, and Im sure when Im ready for a new mountain bike, this will be my first stop.

Rented high-end bikes there for 3 days. In advance, they requested what pedals we wanted on the bikes and if there were measurements we wanted to be transferred to the bikes from our regular bikes. Bikes were well outfitted (including a rear light) and were in great working condition. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Staff suggestions for routes and the map provided were also great. Will not hesitate to rent from them again.

Worked with Phil and Molly. Phil put my wife on a fit stand and adjusted the bike, just for a test ride. We spent more than we wanted, just a little, but got a bike twice as good than we were looking for. No pressure staff and all were super knowledgeable. We live in Reno, and stopped by here on a whim had an awesome time.

I have been a Trek fan for Decades and soooo miss my stolen Trek 7000 that I bought at Rincon Cyclery back in 1992. This is a good store carrying a lot of good gear as well as bikes. All the staff have been friendly and someone could almost always answer my questions.

The Trek Store is setting itself apart from your traditional bike shop. For one, its a nice space and doesnt smell like rubber. More importantly, the staff, from top to bottom are very customer oriented and helpful.
