The girl is cute and staff seems young. But I dont think its the place to get your bike worked on. I watched the guy take the c ring off my MTB shock with needle now pliers and then when I returned to take my bike the c-ring was broken. I mentioned it and they replied that "it was that way when it came in". Funny cause when i brought it in that was something I immediately noticed that he didnt use the hog pliers on it. Not a good sign, I was always taught the right tool for the job but thought maybe they got allot of those and will use a new one. Overall my shock was jacked and they worked with the manufacturer to get it fixed, but it was weird getting to that stage. I was going to buy a new road bike but they werent really interested or able to do much in that arena and didnt respond to my emails, so I went to PRO BIKE today and had a much better experience and bought a bike.

My wife and I have purchased most of our bicycles (Road, MTB, and Tri) at 405 bicycles and have always received service above and beyond whats expected. These guys love the sport and helping everyone from beginners to seasoned professionals. They also have expertise in just about every major form of cycling. Their bike fittings very precise. They listen closely to my problems I may be having and they always address them with care. No job is too big or too small for their customers. I cant imagine a better shop to trust with my business and my bikes!

We purchased bikes for our family, and it was an investment in quality family time. We love our bikes! Folks at 405 Bikes are so helpful and friendly. Although there are lots of serious riders that frequent the store, we never felt intimidated. The staff is encouraging and enthusiastic for new and old riders. They love their sport and are willing to share ideas for great places to ride. The personalized service is top notch which is the primary reason we choose to purchase from 405 Bicycles.

I have been shopping @ 405 bicycles for about 6 years now. I love these guys. When my brother and I walked in the first time we was greeted, not like at the bicycle downtown (Schlegel). It wasnt about what you looked like and the color of your skin. Long story short my brother bought a $2100.00 bike. And we our still happy with 405 bicycle service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! I got a bike here months ago and it was a great experience, which I appreciated since I am an unexperienced rider. I plan to get another bike here in a few months. They are very quick to get repairs done too.
