Great Experience. They carry Specialized and Cannondale bikes ( No Trek). I do not know the buying experience over there but they were very accommodating when my gf and I tested bikes out for her. I brought my bike in and asked them to change a popped tube/tire 2 minutes before the store closed and they did it. I asked for them to show me how to fix it myself and the guy there didnt have a problem showing me. Prices were comparable to other shops Id seen but the service there was great. I will take my bikes here for the quality repair and service I get that I felt I didnt receive when I got the same bike tuned up at the Bicycle Xchange just a week prior!

Excellent customer service and a great selection. They go above and beyond. The staff at the Pedaler is pretty incredible! I was so pleased with my purchase experience, and I have every intention of going to see them on a regular basis for maintenance and other related needs. Ruth really wanted to put me on a bike that was going to make me happy. She didnt try to up-sale me or talk jargon she knew I wouldnt fully understand. She was very straightforward and kind. I appreciated her advice and knowledge. If youre shopping for a ride or gear, count on the Pedaler. They will take good care of you.

Knowlegeable, devoted, passionate staff who really seem to enjoy what they do. Product selection isnt the biggest but they easily compensate with very prompt services and accurate/honest information. They also appear more interested in simply chatting with customers about bikes and stuff than other shops. If you request them to do research about a product, they will spend hours and hours to find the answer for you even if you could do it yourself. 5/5 stars.

Great shop, fair prices, and super service. Back up what they say and stand behind their work. Have purchased 3 bikes from them as well as tons of gear. They support our community in several ways including helping to develop rails to trails in Kansas and doing fundraisers for those injured in car vs. bike accidents. All that being said, it is the friendly staff that keeps me coming back.

The personal touch of going on a test drive with me; the helpful nature and good attitude of the staff; good quality merchandise; solid professional repair advice have all added up to making me a happy customer over the years.

The staff at the Bicycle Pedaler are great. They have always taken time to answer my questions and help steer me in the best direction for me. They are not pushy or full of bs. I love going in and checking things out. The staff doesnt even let me know that I probably drive them a little nuts. Great organization, will have my business from now on.

Excellent service. Friendly. Ruth Holiday will make sure you are a satisfied customer. She stayed longer to sell tires to my father-in-law after he got off of work late. I bought a bike there and had a flat within a week and she replaced the tube for free. Bicycle Peddler also sponsors local bike events and mans a SAG at them.

Awsome service and they sell some cheap saddles used(I got one for $15). Also the lady working there showed us which seats would fit and helped to the best of our ability. Also the tall guy there with glasses helped me learn how to adjust hieght and how to install my bike seats. Awsome bike shop in wichita.

I received great, individual service. I bought my first pair of cleats from them and cant believe the change in my revolution. They set each cleat to match my turned in feet, and it made a difference as well. Check out their exchange program if you have young riders.
