Dont ever take a bike there that you didnt buy there to get fixed. The guy will be rude and tell you, "This is the reason bike shops like us go out of business!" Then he will tell you he cant get to an easy fix for days. Fine I will take it elsewhere. Try having a better selection, being more customer friendly and offering a bit better prices and maybe you will have more customers. I will never go here again. Bicylce Pedaler, BXC and Lees are a much better place to go!

Ive brought in 10 or so bikes, between my 4 and friends bikes. Everyones always thrilled with the "like new" feeling after any service. Ive had restoration work done on a 30 year old road bike, repair of my newer road bike after an accident, as well as various incidental repairs. Always been entirely thrilled, and find the prices to be more than fair, and better than anywhere in town. Im a customer for life.

Excellent service and knowledge of product by owner/salesman. Had lots of bikes to choose from and many accessories to set bike up as needed. Very friendly honest people to deal with. Great fair pricing and service after the sale. They made an expensive bike buying purchase that much more comforting.

L & M replaced two broken spokes on my old FREE SPIRIT bike yesterday, and did an excellent job of trueing my rear wheel. It is better now than it was before the spokes broke. I am 100% satisfied with their work on this repair.
