I am in the market for a new bike so Ive been going to several different places to look at each shops inventory. I walked into Bike One on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon. There were more employees than there were customers. The layout of the store was fine although I had to traverse the whole store before I found what I was looking for which might be a very smart idea but it was a little frustrating to me. What caused further frustration was the fact that for the first ten, TEN, 10 (!) minutes, not any one of the salesMEN acknowledge me. There were literally 3 other customers in the store which were all men and they got help. Some of the other employees were yakking with their friends/employees and although one of them said they would be right over to help me, he didnt make it over. One guy who was involved with another customer, came over and stood about 10 feet away without saying anything. I could NOT possibly be more disappointed in a store for their lack of customer service. I will not walk back into that store and when Ive gone to other stores, Ive related to them how horrible their customer service is. Some have actually said that they have heard that from other customers. I will never walk back into that store and if you go there and get poor customer service, dont be surprised. Every other bike shop in the area is far more friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Dont waste your time here.

I bought my bike there because the very first time I was there the kid that helped me was very helpful and attentive. When I took my bike back, it was a nightmare. The staff were too busy "twiddling their thumbs" to help and I need to order a part. well it took over a month for it to arrive and every week i came in someone would say " the order went into back order" or "it was not ordered" or my favorite one. " ive been gone this whole its the boys jobs to check on these orders." seriously? when I finally got the awaited call, I was not able to drop what i was doing to go pick it up. it was over the weekend so when i went in to pick it up. I was told "oh its been here for a week." well SORRY!! i ordered it over a month ago!! GRRRR. BUUUUTTT they were scrambling to find it. i watch 3 guys scramble in the back looking for it and one came out and i asked did you lose it? he said no they will be out in a moment. ARE THEY THAT DIS-ORGANIZED that they cant find anything and pawn the the mistakes other employees?? NEVER COMING BACK. I WILL TRASH MY BIKE BEFORE I COME BACK TO THEM. (and their bikes arent cheap)

Well i do not know what the last 2 reviewers experienced I called ahead and told a sales person what i was looking for he made some suggestions, so my next step was to go to their store i mentioned who I talked to the person was johnny on the spot. He talked to me about my riding habits and style and made a great suggestion. I also had my 5year old son with me and they were very welcoming to him and encouraging to him. This is hands down one of the best Bike shops i have ever been in. They care about there passion and it shows if you are a rider and want to talk to riders this is the store. Also they do not down play you for age or skill level which i have found in other stores. Hands down this is the Best Bike shop in Oklahoma!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a huge mistake buying a bike two sizes too big...because it was the last 2012 model and 20% off. After riding the lake trails, talking with friends and one sever shoulder injury later...I realized my mistake. The guys up at Bike One OKC, were extremely understanding and gracious. They let me trade the old bike in for full credit toward the correct sized mountain bike, which they expertly fitted my too. I paid extra and upgraded to the Superfly 100 elite. I cannot say enough how impressed I am, this bike shop was willing to do whatever it took to fix my situation. They now have a customer for life and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks Bike One!!!

I give it 3 stars as they always seem to be closed when I try to return a pair of bike shoes that hurt my feet and slow my cadences, finally early on Saturday as my schedule makes even that hard to do. So I get in and was talked into trying a new setting instead if a pair of shoes that fit Wide Feet! Now both feet hurt on the outside again slowing my Cadence. Now I have to wait another week as they are closed on Memorial Day when advertised open. and hope I can get in during their hours and finally get some shoes that fit my feet or I am going back to flat peddles.

Bike One is excellent. Ive recently purchased a bike there and have visited several times within the past few weeks for accessories and advice. Everytime I bring my bike it they ask me how its riding and offer to tune it up. Anything I need advice on or have questions about, being new to cycling, they are imformative and able to make suggestions without being intimidating. I am never afraid to say "Im interested in (whatever), but dont know anything about it; what can you tell me?" I highly recommend Bike One to anyone needing anything cycling related.

The salesmen here were fantastic! I almost didnt go here because of some of the other reviews but I decided to give it a try after stopping by Schlegel (they were very helpful too). I went right up and asked for help me they spent roughly 2.5 hours helping me get my first bike and outfit it with everything I would need. Also offered to match schlegels discount on assesories AND add on an additional discount on my bike. Very friendly and willing to work with you. Sorry to see Dane is retiring. Hes the salemen who was so helpful.

Dropped off a bike to have brakes adjusted on Wednesday. I asked what was causing the play in the front fork and they said headset assembly. I said not to repair the headset and they said they could look at it and call me with the estimate. I said that was fine. I go in next Tuesday (yes 4 business days for a brake adjustment) to pick up the bike and they have already repaired the headset. Havent had problems with the work but will go to someone more honest next time.

Store was awsome/clean/new, but if they keep the same staff, then I can expect the store and all the newness will wear off. I was completely disappointed in the customer service I just received, or didnt receive. I am in the market for a entry level road bike. I asked the employee to give me some information...he basic told me the prices and stared at me...now I am going to sun & ski sport to by my bike...

Its nice to go into an establishment and be treated like you are the only customer in there. Mark the owner treated me like a lifelong customer, and I just took an old clunker in to have a nut replaced. He did not even charge me! When I do buy a bike you can bet it will not be one of the others who saw my old bike and shuffled me out the door. Bike One, best bike store in OKC in my opinion.
