If your looking for a place to get a fitting look somewhere else. I setup an appoitment for a fitting a week prior to the fitting date and Frank supposedly took all my information and said we were all set. I drove 25 minutes to the shop and arrived ontime for the appoitment. Apparently Frank was sick for the last couple of days and noone in the shop bothered to call any of his appointments letting them know too reschedule. I talked the owner and he basically was all nonchalent and you could tell from his attitude that he didnt give a crap about wasting mine and who knows how many other people time. No type of remediation discount or an apology was given out. It was also apparent they never put any of the appointments into any kind of system of record as they had to collect all my information again. Stay away from this shop! Honestly the selections in the shop is pretty poor compared to the competitors like bicycle inc.

The first 2 stars are for a pretty good tune up. And the last 3 missing stars are because I got the Deluxe tune up and had the back tire replaced, came in to pick it up and the back tire was flat. I havent had to air up the tire in months so it was a bit of a shocker when instead of instantly putting slime in it the bike tech suggested I replace it and wanted to charge me for the tube because he wasnt sure if the slime they have would go well with what was already in the slime tube.. I understand the possibility of a thorn being in the tube then replacing the tire could open it up. But for a cheap tube they get at wholesale prices they could easily have kept a customer for life considering I spent over $130 on that visit and I live right beside them. Guess I was use to my last bike shop going out of their way for their customers..

Update!! VERY PLEASED! After being in a second time I talked with Corey who was very helpful and explained tons about the differences of the bikes and their features. Definitely looking at getting the 12 GT Sensor 9R 3.0 or the 12 GT Karakoram 2.0... You guys are very helpful! Although I did have to ask for help. It must have been an off day when I was there before. ----- Im new to the area so i went by to see what they had in terms of new bikes and maintenance options they could do to my current bike... Went in, and was there for about 10 min. Nobody said hi or even came to see if they could help me find what I was looking for. Besides that they dont even have decent mountain bikes. None of them have any sort of rear suspension! I mean Walmart has bikes with rear suspension! Maybe it was an off day. Ill try one more time.

I visited many bicycle stores that would not help me because I am a beginner and was looking for a bicycle on the lower end of the price range. Rick not only picked a bike out for me, but got on a different bike and rode around the parking lot with me showing me how to change gears and ride the bike properly. The bike I bought was a little more expensive than others I had found, but with the lifetime service, I wanted to deal with people I trusted and that did not push me aside for being a beginner. Then, they even delivered it!! I do not live far from the shop and did not own a bike rack at the time, and they followed me to my home with my bike!! I am so glad I bought a bike from them, not only do I love my bike, but the service was AMAZING!! I will be referring friends and family to them.

I had originally gone to a different bike shop that wasnt willing to honor the warranty on my bike and wanted to over charge me for the repair, so it was a great relief to go to this bike shop and get some amazing customer service along with a quick and easy repair. Mason and another gentleman were very helpful, fast and experienced in fixing my bike. They changed the crank arm on my bike in less than ten minutes and made sure to check that everything was working properly and that I was kept in the loop the whole time. All in all, the whole visit took probably half an hour, if that, and cost me what I thought was a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and I will definitely be coming when I need anything done to my bike.

So imagine this. You bought an AWESOME WOOM 2 bike for you sons 4th birthday. The day before his birthday, somehow, while checking the air pressure in one of the tires, you break the stem and the tire wont take air. can you say PANIC!!!!!!!!!!. I stopped in Bonzai the next morning and talked to JD. I explained my situation, and he said "no worries dude, you got 5 minutes"? I said yes, and he said, wait here, Ill be right back. Presto, problem solved. Thats awesome customer service. He could have said, well dude, we have a bunch of repairs scheduled ahead of you, sorry man. Instead, he knew that for him, it was an easy repair, and he did it right away. THANK YOU JD!!!!!!!! You made my sons day!!!!! He loves the bike!!!!!!

A half mile into my first ride after a spring tune up...my bike lost its first screw! Yeah....not good! The shop had my bike a week. When I got it back it was evident that my bike wasnt washed and the gears and chain werent oiled. Not sure what they did for my bike! But I am sure they took my money! The staff wasnt friendly! Update: the bike shop called me and offered to look at my bike again...but they want to keep my bike overnight. Not sure what they planned to do that would take all day...since they already had the bike for a week. The Guy was like "I did survive the last recession giving bad customer service" well that was an odd statement....Im so over it Ive decided I will not take my bike back.

Service was horrible. The owner on multiple occasions stated he would call me with quotes & when my Cannondale parts arrived (paid up front), & no one from the store ever called. I called them several times & even stopped by to check on them, & learned no one ordered the parts. Long story short...I had to dispute the charges on my credit card. Ill never do business with them again. The owner is Flakey, disorganized, & Im shocked they are still an authorized dealer for Cannondale. Learn from me & go else where.

I just moved to the area and needed to get my tires fixed. I was going to stop by one of the places in Southlake, but before I did that I checked to see if who was rated the highest on Google. This place had the highest rating with the most reviews. Their customer service was great. I thought I would have to leave my tires, but Gerid took care of the problem on the spot and had me out the door in 15 minutes. I will definitely be coming back to this place for future bike services.

I looked for a YEAR for the perfect bicycle for myself. This was the first store I went to and it was my last a year later and my guy there remembered me! The guys working were awesome and catered to me as I took my time deciding what I wanted. They let me ride around and even gave my boyfriend a bike to ride beside me as I was "test driving". I enjoyed my whole experience there along with the great price I got on my hot bicycle! Awesome experience!
