I CALLED TO GET SOME INFO ON BRINGING IN MY DAUGHTERS BIKE TO GET FIXED BUT BECAUSE I WANTED TO USE MY OWN PARTS THAT I WAS BUYING ONLINE THEY DIDNT LIKE THAT BUT THE REAL KICKER WAS HE CUT ME SHORT ON THE PHONE TOLD ME "BECAUSE THE GUY ON THE OTHER LINE WAS GOING TO BE SPENDING $100s OF DOLLARS HE HAD TO GO" IF THAT ISNT JUST PLAIN RUDE I DONT KNOW WHAT IS I GUESS ME ONLY SPENDING $50 JUST WASNT GOOD ENOUGH LOL WHAT A JOKE ALL I CAN SAY IS ILL GIVE SOMEBODY ELSE MY BUSINESS ~SWC~

Awesome shop! My bike frame cracked less than two weeks before a week long bike event. The frame was guaranteed for life and Byron went above and beyond to get the replacement frame and get the bike put together in time for me to participate in the ride. Friendly staff and a great bike shop! I just found my new LBS.

I came in with a bike with a motor mounted to it. The employee Shawn didnt think they had the equipment to help but tried anyways. Not only did he fix my problem but he also helped out when a new one arose. I will definitely come back to this store for any other needs I have.

Was from out of town and discovered this place online. I stopped in and Byron gave me great service and took the time to help me with my folding bike and accessories. Will definitely be stopping back in next time Im in Wichita!

Website states that they offer mountain bike rentals and the website lists prices. In fact, they do not rent mountain bikes currently and were not helpful in providing any local knowledge of a shop that would.
