Wow!! I will never go to another bike shop. This place is unbelievably awesome -- as opposed to the national chain with a bike shop in it down the road that I made the mistake of using previously. Understand that I am a bicyclist the way a kid with an Easy Bake oven is a cook. I dont know what Im doing and Im ripe for being taken advantage of. So first what happened at the other place, so you can understand how great this place is: I took my wifes bike into the other one. It had been sitting around and needed obvious attention. Rather than helping me find the cheapest solution -- they up-sold me and talked me into the most expensive option they had. So long story short, after my "discount" I walked out over $300.00 poorer and had to wait several days for the bike. Now to my experience with Bicycles Inc: When I got my new bike from an online vendor, I found that it needed some adjustments. Since the only word I know in the world of bicycle repair is "tune-up," I walked in with my bike, went up to the service counter and told them that my bike was not shifting properly and that I needed a tune-up. The gentleman looked at my bike, and rather than just saying okay, he told me that all I needed was an adjustment to my derailers. He also told me that he could do it while I wait. When I was done shopping for a helmet -- something that they also did not up-sell me on -- the man at service told me that I only needed an adjustment on the front one. The bill for the adjustment was only $15.00!! I could say several other great things about this place, but the short version is this: They are very honest, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend them, and especially Service Manager Jose Galvan, the one in service that helped me and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge.

I have been a customer of Bikes Inc for years and have purchased a LOT of bikes from them. In fact my entire family is riding a bike purchased from this store. I like this store because they dont nickel and dime you for small jobs and they will typically try to do minor repairs on the spot while you wait. Its a great shop that carries good products, but the thing that sets them apart is the people. For example, I recently broke my mountain bike frame that required a completely new frame from the manufacturer. I worked with Stewart at the shop who spent a lot of time dealing with the company to get the right part. After the company sent the wrong part twice, he was able to get me a completely new bike under their warranty program! I like supporting my local bike shop because they support their customers!

Great shop. Stopped in to get a crown race for a triathlon build. They were nice enough to not only take the time to go through about 10 different headsets to find the right crown race, but they only charged me for the crown race instead of selling me an entire headset and they installed it on my fork for free. Jose Galvan, the service manager, obviously knows his stuff. Highly recommended. Very impressed. Not my first good experience with them either. They also sold me a replacement bearing for a headset last year. Same thing, top shelf service and knowledge. Would trust these guys with my bike.

I took my bike in to get a flat tire fixed. They did a great job. Not only did he fix the tire but he noticed I needed a lube on my chain and cables. He fixed me up in about 10 min! Great job. I also bought a pair of clip in peddles while I was there. They installed those too. Fantastic place to go if you are in need of anything for biking.

Scott was an amazing guy to interact with, he not only helped me pick out the bike I wanted, but he also told me that was the only one they had and it was sold to another customer and he would have one shipped from their warehouse and built for me. If you need any bicycle help, ask for Scott and he will take great care of you!

Very good bike shop. I went and bought a Trek bike 2017 Superfly 5. They are one of the few Trek dealers. Very nice staff, with a good sensse of humor. Very helpful, installed everything and I was out the door quickly after my test ride before purchase. I will go here again. Dean

Best bike shop in the DFW area IMO. Everyone is always willing to help and they really care about their customers. Dave Hickey helps me with most of my stuff, and he is fantastic, but everyone at the shop knows their stuff and is always willing to help.
