My parents purchased by 1st bike from Tom Sawyer 20+ yrs ago and I was all to happy to return with my own family to purchase a quality bike for their 1st time. I was prepared for the extra $ that this investment was gonna require but along with that I was hoping for the experience I remembered as a young kid, picking the style, the color, feeling on top of the world! That isnt the memory that i nor my kids have anytime that we drive by as we chuckle about what jerks we encountered that spring day. My amusement still causes me to pause as I wonder how they are still in business as competition in all retail is brutal. I felt like I was on a car lot on South Broadway with a $ sign on my forehead. After giving a ballpark figure on budget I half expected for someone to take me to a dingy showroom in back although the budget was what I considered to be solid considering I later was told they sell the same brand and styles @ walmart for a fraction of what i was willing to pay! Needless to say i took my kids, my $ and my business to someone that was happy to be part of our family experience!

Where Lees often laugh at me when I go for my crappy bike parts, these guys get it for me without batting an eye. I am looking at upgrading my bike and definitely will be going there to buy it. Their parts are often cheaper than most of the bike shops in Wichita and are almost always in stock. When I asked for a crank removal tool, rather than trying to have them do it themselves, they gladly gave me the tool and said it was the one they used in their shop, and then explained to me what I needed to do. Great all around guys.

Alan (owner) is awesome. He has repaired a Recumbent Trike and built up from pieces a Commuter Bike for me. His prices were around half of what I was quoted from other bike shops and the quality of work is top notch. If he doesnt have what your looking for in stock, he can get it. I will continue to do business with him and recommend all my friends to him. Help support local business and give Alan a call.

These guys are the best for service! I took my flat spotted mavic wheel in to them to get straightened up after every other bike shop in town wanted to sell me a new wheel and refused to touch my vintage bike wheel. The guys got it in and out in two days and I was extremely happy with the price

What a great store. I had bought a set of tires a while back and didnt have a receipt. They allowed me to exchange them for some handle bar tape, tubes and even assembled me a pair of brake pads. Plus put some cash back in my pocket. Thats customer service at its best in my opinion.

Needed parts... driving around the country you dont know what youre getting into but anyone thats driving through Wichita this is the best place to go nice people very informative and in fact I think Im going to buy my next bike here thats how impressed I was five stars
