This shop is awesome! If Josh cant meet your bicycle needs I doubt anyone can. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about bike maintenance and sales as well as custom builds and fabrication. Ive seen a review that Josh is rude and I dont buy it. Josh is honest and direct and he will tell you straight up how to get the best performance out of what youre already working with, even at his own expense of making a sale. But if you want to drop some cash to look cool or own the latest and greatest he can certainly hook you up!

There are few people that love bikes as much as Josh does.The guy has amazing attention to detail and loves to get down in the weeds when it comes to technical details. I live in Arlington, right next to bikes inc, and I drive 30 minutes to Joshs shop because its worth it. If you have a high end bike and youre looking for someone that can provide high end work, Josh is your man.

Ive seen some negative comments about how rude Josh was to them. He is only human and has a ton of work. He has always taken excellent care of me. I consider myself a decent mechanic to but Josh has to be one of the best in the business. He lives and breathes this stuff. He is the only guy allowed to work on my stuff.
