At first all the associates where very nice and helpful. I wanted a custom halo ring with a crisscross band to fit my 2.5c diamond. They told me that they could do that with no problem and so the design process began. The first design they made was just to masculine so they rounded the edges a bit and even added a little detail to the sides to truly make it an original. They started to craft the ring and just before it was complete I was allowed to take a sneak peek of it. To my surprise it was hideous. Instead of a sleek design it was a blob of metal. I pointed this out to them and simply asked if it would look like that once they finished and was told yes. I was in tears and asked if we could change the design a little to where it wouldnt look like that and was told that they had already done five molds and that they refused to craft another mold. I was never told that they had trouble with the design nor that it had already taken five molds to get it even close to the design. Keep in mind this is their design that they made up and I approved. This is not something I brought in asking them to do. I was so dis-trot by the design that I was in tears and request to speak with the manager/owner to ask why another mold could not be done. He came right up to me while I was crying and yelled at me and told me to just take my money back. I have never been treated so poorly in my whole entire life. Never once did I raise my voice and never once did I act disrespectfully. If they could not do the design or was having trouble with the design they should have communicated that to me. I am not an unreasonable person. Changes could have been made before the process got out of hand.

My now fiancé and I went to look at rings a few months before our engagement. Hes a smart man and knew I would want to have some input in the decision. We visited two stores that day, but Lewis Jewelers blew the other store away with their incredible selection and fair pricing. Maria was our sales person, and she helped guide us through the store and was incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory and Forevermark diamonds (research these if you care about conflict free and environmentally friendly mining). When I couldnt find exactly what I was after (yes even with the huge selection), we decided to custom design a ring. Maria and the design team sketched up my dream ring and even made some suggestions that we went with in the end design and are now some of my favorite aspects of the ring. And then came the diamond selecting! Maria pulled out several different cuts in the shape I wanted, and when Tim Lewis heard I was looking for a diamond in the cut I had chosen, he pulled a diamond that he had just received and had intended on using in a pair of earrings. I was really impressed with the customer service, and I know my fiancé appreciated that they respected his budget and didnt try to upsale him by showing me diamonds out of his price range (because shes always going to want the bigger diamond!). The custom process was easy and stress free, and the team at Lewis was extremely helpful and responsive. My suggestion if you decide to go this route is to set realistic expectations and be sure to communicate your wishes clearly through out the process. I highly recommend Lewis Jewelers, and especially Maria who helped turn my dream ring into reality.

Ive had the pleasure of knowing Tim personally for many years in different capacities and he always conducts himself with professionalism. As someone who has been in the same area and in this business for literally decades, theres no doubt I trust his opinion on jewelry all the way, hes a rare combination of jewelry expert and business owner! When purchasing an engagement ring for my wife, I didnt hesitate to go to him for my engagement ring needs. He helped me pick out something that was in my budget, showed me multiple options, never rushed me to make a decision (I think I stared at some diamonds for at least an hour!), and gave me an extremely generous trade in amount for a ring from a family member. Tim is always friendly and accommodating when we return to have her ring (and mine) cleaned and polished. I had such a great experience with Tim that I went back to have a necklace custom made with a diamond from my mother in laws ring and he did an absolutely incredible job. My wife loves it! If you want an welcoming experience and a true expert on hand, Lewis Jewelers is where you want to go.

I am a first time customer at Lewis Jewelers but I have felt like family from the second I walked in the door. We have looked at other stores, big names like Kay and Zales where the associate has no clue what theyre talking about besides their in-store training. Ive never felt this welcome and comfortable in a jewelry store, greeted with a warm welcome and their staff listened to all of our questions and concerns while helping us make a wise decision. My salesperson Heather has been nothing but phenomenal since we have started working with her. We have kept in close contact and Ive never once felt like I was being pressured. Also the owner, Tim has come over to speak with me multiple times since Ive been in. He seems like a genuine, down to earth guy with real concerns and beliefs. He isnt feeding me some BS and cramming decisions down my throat like the other stores Ive been to. I cannot wait to go back in and continue working with the staff of Lewis Jewelers. Its been a pleasure so far and I know that its only going to get better! Thank you guys!

When looking for engagement rings or the occasional presents for a loved ones, there is no better place than Lewis Jewelers. They have a massive selection that will pass all expectations when trying to find that special something. My wife and I bought both of our rings from here and we couldnt have been more happy with our purchases. When getting engaged I really wanted to surprise my now wife so Tim the Owner and a few girls worked with me for at least a month as I went back and forth with so many rings. Some of the girls even tried them on for me to see how they would look. They were extremely patient and so nice every time I came in. As the owner, Tim did not have to come talk to me every time but he did and he wanted to make sure I was always taken care of and got exactly what I was looking for. I recommend Lewis Jewelers to anyone who is looking for a great family owned business who gives the best prices to the people of Oklahoma.

Horrible. Behind all the small talk and fake smiles the manager is narcissistic and out of control. We had been buying from here for years. So it was obvious that I would buy my wifes engagement ring and two wedding bands from this store. We had a few small issues with the jewelry but nothing serious so when the manager began to act aggressively and rude it was very surprising. My wife and I decided we would take our business elsewhere and we asked for a refund for my ring that we had not picked up yet. The manager approached us with a cold dark demeanor. He didnt ask why we wanted to cancel he didnt say much at all before he flipped out and started yelling... He verbally assaulted and insulted us. It was unbelievable and unexplainable. And to this day I have not been able to returned to the shop for my lifetime free rhodium plating warranty. Id rather fork over the $200 a year and never have to see this guy again.
