It’s tough finding a jeweler that you feel you can trust and even tougher to find one that is willing to go above and beyond!! I brought in a ring with a broken band, along with my husband’s band to have a diamond set in it. After they repaired my band I wanted to resize it for another finger and after the resizing I felt it was a little too tight and I was really unsure if the band would hold up to wear and tear. I just made a COMMENT to my husband that I felt it was too thin but we left it with them for resizing. They built it up, reshaped it or did something to it and oh my gosh!! It looked better and stronger than the day I first wore it. John mentioned hearing my concerns over the band and took it from there!!. He even took extra time to set a chipped diamond from a previous ring of my husbands in a ring for me. He said it might look gaudy but he would see what he could do. OMG!! It was beautifully stunning. You cannot even tell it is chipped, and no it does not look gaudy, not in the least. They did not have to go the extra for me, but they did. THANK YOU GUYS… for your AMAZING & TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE!!

The post written before mine made me want to write in response. They may have been trying to tell her that the jewelry was cheaply made and not worth the money to repair as the costs would be more expensive than the value of the necklace. IF the necklace had sentimental value to you they would not have known and so they may not have used words you found acceptable. BUT....I have used them twice on expensive jewelry repairs and found their work to be exceptional in one case and very acceptable in the other case. I tend to know my jewelry a bit more than the average person as I had to do some training for fraud identification for the Police Department when I was working and got exposed to a lot of types. I would recommend them. I think by them telling you what they did was honest and they saved you a lot of money unless it had sentimental value.

Worse pace Ive ever been. I took my broken necklace in to get fixed and it looked horrible, not only that it broke in my hands right in front of them. They told me my jewelry was cheap and pretty much it was my fault. I left in tears.. very bad business...

The Jewelry does outstanding repairs on all types of jewelry. There is a limited selection of retail items but they are generally not my style.
