This is one experience I will not repeat or tolerate again. We went to have a ring (that was purchased at Kays) cleand and inspected as well to have a new watch (also purchased at Kays) sized. The customer service Rep Sherry was completely unprofessional. She sat and made calls and chatted to phone clients while there were plenty of customers to be waited on in the store. The other two reps were very engaged with other clients. Sherry made claims that the watch was unable to be sized and then was unable to update my personal information. She was actually put off by having to help clients in the store and never had a polite or courteous tone. Her body language spoke loud and clear that she did not want to be there. In addition: Jewelry that was shown was simply tossed in the case as to hurry to the next item. The displays were a wreck to put it nicely. This has not been my experience at any Kays store in the past. I will say that if it has become the standard I will move my business to another jewelry dealer.

My fiancé and I had gone to 2 stores to look for rings. Diamonds direct was not the place for us, but the Kay outlet was. Neisha (Im sorry if thats spelled wrong!) helped us find my perfect ring, but she didnt put any pressure on us to buy that day she made sure we found the one we wanted, in our price range with no questions asked. The amount of help we received from her was tremendous and I cant imagine buying from anyone else! We had to special order my ring, it was going to take a few weeks to come in, but it came in within 2 weeks and she immediately called and let him know it was in. My fiancé and I went in to make a payment today, and she greeted us like we were old friends, she knew us by name and asked to see pictures and hear all the details of how he asked, SHE IS FANTASTIC. If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable buying, the Kay outlet is the place to go. I cant say enough how fantastic she was and how much we appreciate her. Thank you so much Neisha!!

Erin and Becky were such a huge help with my fiancé and I finding a ring. We had ordered a ring from Jared and it was my dream, but 3 days later the ring was back ordered and then canceled. I was devastated. On a whim we drove to the Kay Outlet in OKC from Tulsa. Within a minute of walking into the store they had shown us our dream ring in our budget that exceeded our expectations for what we THOUGHT we could get. I recommend it to everyone!

My experience with Meaghan and all of the employees in the store has been very helpful. My 5th year anniversary is coming up and it was refreshing to see a collective bunch of employees that loved their job. I dont think i will be going anywhere else to buy jewlery. Thanks guys!
