First of all Id like to start this location has THE WORST customer service. The women that work there are so arrogant. My husband and I bought a piece (#925) mother ring. Let it be known that my finger turned GREEN. Not my 1st piece that I own. The retail/sales women there tells me it may be my SKIN oils and that she will clean it. What do I look a Martian!!!!!!!!! ( is what was going thru my head.) HOW RUDE was that. I repeated myself and told her to please exchange it for another one. As I held the 1st ring we purchased I noticed there was not J.A. engraved like the other pieces with the number of the piece. Finally, she exchanged it I also noticed on the new piece the ring was sooo smooth and also there was the engraving. Moving FORWARD check if the pieces purchased have the J.A. engraving before walking out there.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I had an exchange after Christmas. The place was packed, line around the store! They had a system down to find out why you were there and get you thru the line faster. They always ask if they can clean the jewelry I have on too. Texas friendly and Texas best!
