Every single time we have to get work done on our jewelry they mess something up. We sent my wifes wedding set in to be soldered together and sized, the band had an engraving on the face of it. They soldered the engraving between the rings so it couldnt be seen and they didnt size it. We sent it back then they did the engraving in the wrong text and didnt size it again. We took them in to get them inspected and cleaned and 3 diamonds fell out and had to send it off again. Another diamond fell out so we sent it in again and when it came back the engraving was completely erased and the ring was thined down. I recommend you never buy anything from them or their partner company Gordmans. I had some work done on my watch a couple years ago that I bought from them and I had to send it back 4 times and get corporate involved just to get it fixed corectly. I will never EVER purchase anythi92nd from them again.

READ THIS REVIEW! If you are planning on using this store, think again. Today, my husband and I went to pick up my special-sized wedding ring (that we waited 8 weeks to get back) that they had called and said was ready a week prior. When we get there, the ring was a totally different size from what I ordered and I asked why that had happened since we had clearly ordered a different size. Terri had an awful attitude while somewhat placing the blame on us and said, "What do you want me to do? Magically make it the size your ordered??" She continued being rude, so I told her that her attitude was not up to proper customer service standards and I was appalled to learn that she was the manager!!! There are a million other ways that she could have handled the situation. Dana was apologetic and is the only one I can deal with in that store. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

Beautiful jewelry, but horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Communication on the phone is weak, when you let it ring for 15 minutes. Horrible communication between the store and the jewelry repair... Warning- it may take up to a month just to get a ring resized. Jewelry repair does not do any kind of quality check and may send ring back the incorrect size and you will not be notified of the extended wait time. Sean is an especially poor employee- Does not take any interest in the customers and will lie to you over the phone, if he can be bothered to answer and is in general a real brat. Im honestly not sure how he was hired in the first place. Dana was kind and apologetic, but I still dont have my ring back yet...

Came here to get my rings soldered together. They charged me $50-good price. I was not notified when my ring was done, I called them and found out. When I got my ring back I found that the stone on top was bent over, the lady I worked with was not empathetic about it. It is a $3,600 ring and they almost ruined it. They sent it back to the jeweler in an extra rush. There was very poor communication from the jeweler to Zales and Zales to me. No one told me how it got that way. And no one knew how that passed the jewlers "deatiled" inspection. They fixed my ring, after they almost broke it...and the soldering was fine. Was not impressed by the customerservice here at all. And I will never go here again

Rude customer service! I had to call the corporate office to get them to answer the phone in order for me to check on my ring that was sent off for repair. The man that took the call was rude and told me that they had my ring for over a week, yet I never received the email that I was told I would receive. The guy, who never said hello or his name then told me that, they promised it would be ready by May 6th and it isnt even May 6th yet. Very sarcastic and unprofessional way to represent this company. We have spent a lot of money with this company but after this type of customer service it may be the last purchase we make.

They screwed up my credit because they made a mistake then they did not want to take responsibility for it when I had proof that I had paid for everything in full. I was trying to close on a house and because of their mistake we missed our closing date and we lost the house we really wanted. I tried to call them and they never answered their phone. How hard is it to answer the phone?!? I will never go back here again. They are awful!

I was told a ring I ordered would be here by Christmas. It was sent off to be sized a full 9 days before my families Christmas party and staff was aware of the situation and said they would "rush" it. Still not here and I have called the store over thirty times. Eight times today alone with no answer any of the times. Ridiculous customer service and ridiculous wait time.

Called in to ask a simple question and a female associate answered the phone. She was so incredibly rude! I have never experienced such terrible customer service from a Zales store before. Needless to say I will be driving a longer distance just to go to a different location.

Horrible customer service! Ridiculous wait time on sizing! They were too lazy to look up account number of my zales account and told me it was closed when it wasnt! Go to any other Zales but this one! They are rude and dont tell the truth!
