I purchased a 3 year old video game from them. It was very strange how they kept them behind glass and wouldnt let me look at them. They were all stacked up horizontally right. I picked one out. They kept holding onto it until I paid. At the time I didnt think much of it. Then as I walked to my car I opened it and there was absolutely no disc in it at all. I immediately went back inside within seconds and they accused me of trying to pull something. I had my family waiting in the car who came in to see what was taking so long and they confirmed my story. Finally after all that trouble I was able to exchange it for an actual video game. In a somewhat small town there werent many places to buy used games, but the one thing I know is Im not going back here again.

I am not the type of person to normally pawn any of my belongings but I was in a bind and really needed money for medical bills. Long story short Ive been thinking on this for a while, but did not want to do it. I had my receipt, manuals, remote, EVERYTHING but the box. I had it for 5 months so I couldnt return it to the store I bought it from. So figured I could pawn it Right? WRONG. I spent exactly $2499.99 plus tax on my 55" 3D LED 1080P 240HZ HD SAMSUNG T.V. Nothing wrong with it... What they told me shocked me! THEY OFFERED ME $400!! Ouch!! Was not expecting that one so....DONT DO BUSINESS HERE.

They do not offer fair prices for what they buy or sell and what they sell is junk no guarantees other the store exchange employees are rude and frankly very ignorant. Parking is a pain too.. Biggest complaint for me is their lack of business sense customer service and guarantee. I came to sell a guaranteed min ebay $35 item for $5 or $8 credit on $200 worth of items I was willing to buy only to hear them say no and then that they would not offer money back guarantee. REALLY they are that DUMB

Big rip off! I have a laptop that goes for 600 all day on ebay and they offered 200... They wouldnt buy for 400 and take 200 profit they wanted to really rip me off and make that extra 200 profit. On top of that they were really rude about it and laughed when I told them off. Every other pawn shop is 10x better than this place!!

My experience has always been excellent with the friendly staff, which understand that people fall on hard times and try to help out as much as possible with pawning or buying something. So I highly recommend anyone looking for an item or having to pawn something to stop by and see what they can do for anyone.

Great prices great deals and a good selection of firearms that are decently priced! wirkers are very knowlegable and kind! one of the very few pawn shops that actually sell ammunition as well
