Ive been going to both the Harrison and Delhi Pet Centers for the past 15 years and will continue to do so for the next 15. Not only do they carry a large variety of products for many different types of pets but you get the friendliness and helpfulness you can only get at a family owned business. In regards to the "animal cruelty" posts - I have never seen or experienced anything that would support those claims. I have seen their animals (kittens and puppies) not only out playing with customers who would like to see them but also with the staff. I have never had a bad experience with either of their locations and I always recommend them over any of the chain pet stores!

Went in the store to buy food and an aquarium for a newly acquired pet mouse. It seemed the adult worker at the shop decided it was a good idea to put her pet cat in the mouse pen. (!!!) I heard her tell a visiting customer, after they asked if a cat was supposed to be in with the mice, that "Yes, she doesnt hurt them. She just bats at them a bit. Its not a problem." I observed the cat terrorizing the mice in the pen. True, there was no blood, but I found it in very poor taste that a store that sells pet-care products was abusing the very animals it was selling. I do not plan to return, and would encourage others who care about all living things to do the same.

Been shopping at the harrison location since i was a kid.. Came in looking for an addition to our family and ended up bringing home 2 additions! Polite and prompt service, family atmosphere. They have more of the uncommon animals, such as uromastyx, ferrets, arrow frogs, more uncommon reptile morphs, ect. A little higher prices than the chain stores but the quality here has always been top notch. I really cant say anything in a negative sense, as ive never had any issues with any purchase; live or dry good.

Best pet store around! Been going for 6 years 0 complains always helpful and willing to order anything I need for some of my more exotic pets and their picky preferences.. bog chain pets stores wont order you what you need so why buy what hey have for a dollar or two cheaper when you can get what you really need here

If i was you i would stay away there is an older lady that is rude she acts as if you are bothering her then snaps at you with a smart response. She doesnt listen to you. If i was you go to the other place down the road friendly people who enjoy your business. I feel sorry for the other employees there
