We were at the Jefferson Point Mall location shopping a week ago and I wanted to share some POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cashier 590289 helped my daughter ring up a number of items she picked out. She got a Dog Sweater and a Dog Vest that WERE BOTH marked from $24.99 to $6.47. She was so excited to get outfits for them to wear in Christmas pictures. When we got to the register the coat scanned at $24.99! My wife said "Oh no, they are all on clearance" The employee took the gun to the back of the store and sure enough the sign scanned $6.47. Well a manager got involved and she went back and said "Sorry, those vest do not belong there in the clearance section and they are tagged wrong." She took the sign down and went to find a bigger manager. The decision was made to offer us 30% off, but not the full discount. I work retail. This is not how you handle an employee error! Yes, you take the sign down AND GET THOSE COATS OUT OF THE CLEARANCE AREA. (Which she failed to do). . . You also eat the cost and give the customer what the sign said!!! She paid $17.49 for something she should have paid $6.47. Is $11.02 worth the time it has taken to write you and complain? Yet, was $11.02 worth losing a customer over?

this place is horrible! i cant believe that comment below. they DO not care about anything but making money. the small animals they get are from breeders who just breed for money. half the time the hamsters will come in sick and infect all the others. ive seen more dead animals in there cases than i think i should. and as far as grooming goes, the manager they have in there is HORRIBLE. she has no customer service skills. when i was talking to her she was off in some other world and just kept saying the same things. her grooming is horrible and choppy and i dont understand how she is there. there was one girl who i really liked, but she is no longer there. i hear the buisness is really slow now that she left. sucks for them but i will not be coming back and never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Cashier publicly humiliated me because I described the mouse I wanted as a feeder. I just needed a mouse companion for the little house mouse I found it is a girl and I just wanted another girl so they wouldnt be lonely. I asked for a mouse she said what kind. So I said feeder, she loudly admonished me in front of other customers, furthering the humiliation by loudly telling me the price of the mice, as if I couldnt afford one. I had to leave store before I started crying in public after she embarrassed me so badly. Horrid experience. I will not go back. I dont even own a reptile and I saved the house mouse from being killed by my neighbor. The cashier made me feel like a monster of some sort.

"...Kept in isolation before being put on the floor." Hmmm, that rather says it. The animals are treated like pallets of road salt. I have been to this store. They sell better, not great, just better dog food, otherwise I would avoid the place. The animals for sale look so sad. I wonder what happens to them if they do not sell? Hmmm? "You can bring it back if it sneezes..." Animals deserve better than to be "managed such an insensitive ignoramus. These are lives she is concerned might look "at you sideways." (Now that I think about it, I will just buy pet food on-line or at the super market. I can vote with my feet and wallet.)

I love that I can bring my dog with me. Also the staff are animal lovers too and share with you the desire to care for your pets needs. They have so many services there like classes to train your dog and grooming services. They also have a hug variety of dog food, toys, treaty, beds, water and food bowls shampoo, vitamins, coats for your pet and many more. I also love that they have so many food that is wheat free, soy free, corn free, and food by product free food. I love my dog and will only buy the best for him. I buy Blue Buffalo dog food.

............THE AWFUL TRUTH IS THAT IT IS THE WORST PETSMART STORE!! ........MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES ARE A DISGRACE!!! .......THEY SELL OVERPRICED..... The staff was a mixed bag. Some of them were annoyed that I was taking up space, others were extremely helpful. The Banfield vet "office" in the store was nice; staffed with helpful, knowledgeable people. The store is well stocked with useful items. One point to mention, they dont carry low-end supplies here. Expect to pay more to feed your pet if you shop here; this isnt a bad thing as the pet food they carry is high quality.

They SHAVED my multipoo....when i asked for a trim!!! I now have a designer breed who looks like i rescued him from the SPCA. I knew I shouldnt have gave them a chance!! I can actually see his birthmarks and skin....who shaves a multese/poodle mix????!!!!?!!! Even the legs!!!!! S STAY AWAY if you have a little dog that actually requires using scissors bc obviously they only know how to shave!! -sick over this

Its okay. There used to be a time when going to PetSmart was such a treat. I just feel the company has enacted changes that are so drastic it forced a lot of the really good staff they had to leave. Such a shame.

I would not recommended taking your dog here for grooming. They have very unprofessional and rude people working this grooming center. Wont be back again. The rude lady named Dana can be thanked for that.

I told my baby girl Autumn Moon that she was going to see Sarah at the groomers and she got so excited that she held me down and kissed me for 2 solid minutes. My baby girl loves Petsmart and Banfeild vet

The only hamster I got there was so mean it bit me countless times and I am a good pet person I didnt do anything but love it but it died after three months never go there for animals or bedding

Please go adopt one of their pets. There are far too many that need taken care of. The facility is very clean, staff of very friendly, and convenience in finding what you need is also easy.

Clean, organized and a large selection of pet products. I appreciate that they help the local shelters adopt cats/kittens and also collect money to help homeless pets.

Great job at grooming. You can tell everyone that works in the salon really love dogs. One girl we request often is Liz...she always does an excellent job.
