We bought 3 Baby rats and within 3 day one baby died and the other two were showing signs of being sick. When we called the lady informed us that the women working in the store at the time sold us feeder rats instead of pet rats when we pacifically said we wanted pet rats. She asked us twice if we wanted pet or feeder and we told her pet rats. They informed us that they couldnt give us our money back because we were sold feeder rats instead of pet rats. All three rats are ill and one has died. We are getting them the care they need to try and save there life. DO NOT BUY ANIMALS FROM THIS STORE.

Me and wife are there a couple times a week always great service. Hayden has great reptile knowledge has helped me multiple times with my ball python collection. Amanda is always greeting you with a big smile when you walk through the doors has very professional attitude. Unlike other pet stores that always have stuck sheds, unhealthy animals and a dirty cages planet pet dont. They animals are always healthy looking and some one is always cleaning when Im there.

We walked in and the sales woman acted like we shouldnt bring our dog in. She warned to not let our dog close to any other animals. She had a Australian Shepherd that she said our dog would cause it to have a seizure. We felt very unwelcome and we declined to buy our dog a Xmas gift there since we didnt want to give our money to the woman who was kind just rude. Worst pet store weve been in.

Everyone is always friendly, and helpful. The manager Amanda is very professional and knows how to keep her customers happy! All workers are very well educated on the animals and products and care. Highly recommend this pet store.
