No longer like this store, I worked there for over 5 years and loved how it was then. Now all it offers is dog food and toys. They took away most of the fish and all salt water. They dont carry but very little reptiles anymore the whole store is basically all products not even a pet store no more. The employees arent even educated in the products or animals and soon as you walk into the door they are constantly up your ass trying to push sales just so frustrating. They basically have nothing to offer less you want to spend 3x the amount it is worth.

Rude managers and associates. Poor customer service to a potential "big spender" coming from someone who raises animals, they could of gained a new frequent client and lost that chance by having poor attitudes

Been going here for roughly 1 and a half years....great service and staff is super. Prices are high but our dog loves going there. As long as they treat our dog great, well a continue to shop there.
