This place was much better than the store in Fairfield ohio. I went to the Fairfield store last night and bough 8 bags 1.5 cubic feet each of gardening dirt that was soaked which made them heavy and loaded them on a cart. The man I walked towards to get help from walked away. I continued to shop and struggled with the weight of the cart. Passed a ton of employees that acted as if they couldnt help a woman. In turn this led me to not continue buying everything that was on my list. Went to this store today in springboro/ miamisburg area and everyone there was more than helpful with everything. Even offered to load everything in my car. I will always recommend this store to anyone who may ask and will avoid the other store for sure based on lack of customer service.

Id give it 0 stars if I could. We rented a weed wacker, got it home, and couldnt keep it running, couldnt get the string to come out, and had it running for 2 minutes total. After struggling with it at home for 45 minutes we called and brought it back. They still charged us more than $20 because we had it for 2 hours (20 minute drive to the store each way) so we must have used to finish our task and were just trying to get our money back. Thanks for making Lowes my new favorite home improvement store. DO NOT EVER RENT TOOLS FROM THIS STORE.

Man over the power drills made me feel like he didnt care. I get he was busy and it was 7p. But I have never been to a home depot before with out my father, who used to work for home depot. All i wanted was to get my husband a few items. The guy was not helpful, and not friendly. And I also wanted to make sure it worked and had to take it home and try it. I literally drove through traffic just to get here and not be sure that my product would work. I was very nervous and will not come back again. I felt very unvalued.

The individual that processed my online order was incredibly rude, and treated me like I was stupid. I told the person that it was the wrong size light even reding her the proper coding she still insisted that I was incorrect. I exchanged the merchandise for what I knew we needed. The person even though we where checking out made me move the lights off the counter. Saying I was in the way. No worries about me ever being in the way at this store again as we wont shop at this location.

Dont order major appliances from Home Depot - they wont let you return them. We had a Samsung washer and dryer delivered to our house. Only after we started using them did we start to find out the problems - the washer door cant be reversed, the doors are hard to close properly, and the bells and whistles are aggravating; I keep yelling "shut up!" at the units. Home Depot didnt care; there arent any defects so they refuse to do anything about it.

I usually stop at the miamisburg home depot whenever I need something for a project. However, after my last visit on Sat, July 29th, 2017 I no longer will. I was having a difficult time finding something in plumbing so I went to a group of employees (maybe 5 or so) sitting in a circle. They were laughing amongst each other and couldnt be bothered to assist me! I put the items I had already picked up down, left the store and went to Menards.

Literally just finished calling the store in search of an item, the operator was nice, she patched me through to the hardware department, BUT THAT GUY WAS RUDE. I asked for an item and he just said no..I asked for an alternative and he said no, I get it, you dont have it, or you think you dont. But the delivery was extremely poor and I didnt even get a "have a nice day" Poor customer experience and I didnt even need to show up.

Save your time and money by going somewhere else! We waited and waited for help. Not even the manager would help us. We simply wanted to buy a door. The 2 employees in that department said basically to leave and come back another time. They had other customers to "deal with". The store was empty as far as customers..... What a joke! Go to Lowes or Menards!

Home Depot does what Home Depot does. They seem to have a little bit of everything here. This is my goto place when I am working on a project at home. They have a wonderful paint department. You will get the best service in the paint department. I often find that they do not have enough people working there, sometimes you have to hunt down the help.

Extremely disappointed...Spent a lot of money purchasing top of the line counter tops...First of all they forgot my appointment...sent wrong phone number and email to supplier measuring for counter top and have not returned my phone calls...will not purchase here again even if it is a great sale!!!

I would never reccomend buying trees from Home Depot. Their return policy is a joke I always look at trees and buy because its cheap they are not healthy and they dont stand behind their guarantee , I only have dealt with the store in miamisburg Ohio .

After my washing machine delivery was TWICE delayed by Whirlpool, customer service in this Home Depot offered me a much nicer washer for the same price, and had it delivered the next day. Five stars for going above and beyond!
