I want to thank the owner, Mr. Kenny Johnson for such a smooth transition with the way he responded to my concern and took care of me with my recent appliance order-it was beyond my expectation.My purchase was a Kenmore oven-Sears truly carry quality brands that last! Ive had my current one for centuries and it was time to replace it and because of the quality of service/response that I received by Mr. Johnson here at this location I recommend this store location for all of your home needs. We bought a Kenmore washer from there a few years ago. The washer is now broken. Called to ask if we had bought the extended warranty and the guy who answered the phone said they dont keep records. I called back again and talked to a woman who also said they dont keep records. When I asked if they had gotten all of my information for fun when I bought the washer if they dont keep records, she miraculously brought up my information. Pretty incompetent people work here!

Purchased a convection oven and a dishwasher from this store and also got it installed. Store employees (not a subcontractor) installed my units and hauled the old ones off. They have called twice since then to make sure I was satisfied with the items purchased. Store also has a 14-day return policy in case you dont like the product. The installer also made a complementary trip afterward to make sure that the dishwasher wasnt leaking a the connection points.

I just bought a lawnmower. The sales associate Joharren was very polite and helpful and the manager Bradley was really knowledgeable about the products which help tailor my decision. They even carried the mower out to my truck. There was a non critical part on back order which Bradley has gone so far as to call me to give me status updates. I would recommend Sears for their products and Joharren and Bradley if you have questions.

We replaced all of our major kitchen appliances through Sears & they were fantastic! They had the best prices, were always helpful & went through the trouble of installing our refrigerator & stove, which were hassles because they had to remove doors & cut counter tops, etc!
