Spent 16K on appliances. Love my Thermador appliances. Like the team. Stacie is excellent at getting back to the client with details. The other team members are less responsive. Had multiple problems with the installation. Still waiting...since a Dec. 21st install for them to come out and fix the vent system. Thermador said that it was damaged in installation and now it is between me and S and R. S and R keeps saying they will call me back. The vent has a large scratch and does not go up and down. Be careful here.

My project has been delayed several times and they worked with me in holding my appliance until my project is ready to receive the item. They were very helpful and nice. Prices were very considerable priced for me. I especially liked the costumer service from the owner Ryan he was very kind and nice, and he helped me get through things fast and easy! I really like SR and I recommend you go there. And you should see my kitchen it looks amazing and very modern and everything looks amazing.

My Washingmachine

Complete "bait and switch". Stuart advertises on Craigslist, but will not sell the product advertised at the advertised price. When I pushed him on it, I was told "Really, youre going to F*@% with me. You dont want to F*@% with me." So, not only does he not honor his advertisements, he also immediately goes to threatening.
