This review is for the store, not the product. Our rather expensive front loading washer recently stopped working for the second time in five years. Because this was our second front loader and soon to be third costly repair, we decided to find something a bit less complicated. Our research landed on Speed Queen. I found only two dealers near by, Appliance Loft and Milford Appliance. Milford Appliance had the better price. I called, Patty was very helpful. We took delivery two days later. The delivery staff was courteous and made sure the unit worked before leaving. I only knock off one star because it seemed their delivery staff was short-staffed and I had to step in to get it in the basement.

After making the mistake of buying a front-load washer a few years ago, we decided to go with a Speed-Queen top-loader. Patty opened the store for us on Christmas Eve and even offered to meet me on Christmas day if necessary. We love the washer! Highly recommend this business!

Purchased a Speed Queen washer. Happy with the washer and happy with Milford Appliance. They delivered promptly and hooked it up. Best price I could find on the washer as well.
