DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! A total waste of time and money. I bought a washer and dryer from them only to have both stop working just weeks after purchase. First it was the washer, they sent someone out to repair it. The repairman said it was unfixable and would let them know. He said we would be able to swap that machine for a different one. This would have been fine except our dryer went out just two days later. I called again to tell them about the dryer and spoke with Chuck. Chuck has no idea whats going on.....ever... He was asking me how large the load I was trying to dry was as if I am a total numbskull and dont know how to work a dryer. After getting know where with him, I asked to speak with a manager. I was put on hold for about 10 min and good ole Chuck came back on the line. After talking to whoever he did, he said that they would just swap both machines. All we needed to do was come in and pick them out. This was fine but we wouldnt be able to get there for several days. Prior this my wife and I had left no less then 5 messages asking for them to call us back. Well we finally got a call, and this guy was even worse then Chucky. He had no idea what I already talked to Chuck about. When I mentioned the double swap, he said that they would only swap the washer and would do a work order for the dryer. I again told him that was different from what I had been told just three days prior. He asked me name several times and clearly had no clue as to what was going on. This eventually led to him asking to call me back because "he didnt have all his stuff together" Later that evening Chuck called back and said they we could still swap both machines. I asked again to speak with the owner or a manager but was told no one would be in until Thursday, this call took place on a Monday. No management throughout the week? There is no pass along of information between employees. When you do talk to someone they are rude and you ave to explain the issue several times. Ive already asked for my money back and was told they didnt do refunds. How convenient... Im sure Ill have to eat the $600 I spent. I plan to go in Thursday and speak with the manager directly to try and get somewhere. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY, spend a little more and get a new appliance. This will be nothing but a headache.

When you first walk in this place they are walking with you from appliance to appliance. Their appliances all are torn up refurbished pieces of crap. They seem somewhat t knowledgeable, but god forbid you decide not to buy.... Theyll push and push and lower prices until you decide that it is such a good buy you cant pass it up..... I bought a Samsung Dryer from them. I decided to pay a friend to take it to my house because it was decently far away and I didnt want to have it delivered for 60 bucks. They told me it had been run through all the necessary steps and would be a great dryer for years... They even offered me a 30 day warranty that says they would take care of the problem if such a problem popped up. The second day I had it, it stopped heating. But wait! I have a warranty right?! All will be well? Yeah right.... First, they directed me to the warranty line (which is a second line that rings in the store) because I guess instead of talking to people they like you to leave messages for them to call back.... Then guess what? I didnt pay the delivery fee, sooooo.... I am supposed to haul the dryer back 30 miles (or pay someone) before they will even look at it.... After much arguing they went ahead and sent someone out. This guy shows up late, cant hardly speak English (which if he had any lick of sense or mechanical ability I would not care about at all).. This is a story unto itself... In the end, he says its the circuit board and says they dont replace circuit boards. So, they tell me that they have to replace the dryer.... But wait! They say they dont have the same dryer or anything comparable... They tell me to come pick one out... everything is a piece of crap, they argue with me and tell me that to even them swap it out, I have to pay the damn 60 dollar delivery fee!! I dont recommend this place and will never step foot in their stinky, dirty, over priced, used car lot type place ever again! Also, they literally have a sign up that states that if you post a positive review on google they will give you a sheet set or some crap like that.... How many good reviews do you think this place would have if not for that?

My boyfriend and I decided to check this store out because we needed appliances for our new house. We went in and picked out a stove and stackable washer/dryer set. The stove was brand new and still had plastic coverings on it but the washer set was dinged up but "appreared" decent. Spent about $1400 (which I thought was a lot of money to spend in a used appliance store but we really needed it) and they delivered it the next day at like 6pm (unusual). So I meet the delivery guys at my house and before I could get out of the car, one of the delivery guys told me that the washer set wasnt gonna fit! In my head Im thinking he hasnt been in the house yet so how would he know. Turns out the delivery guy just moved out of the house we just moved in (spooky). So they move the stove in but said that they couldnt take the washer set back with them so this huge set sat in my kitchen for 5 days! Went down to the store and talked to BJ and he told us he would help us out by finding us a smaller set because our hookup is on the 2nd floor of the house. Few days came and went and when Monday came around BJ gave us the run around and basically said he had nothing for us and gave us a random number and hung up. Went down to the store AGAIN and they basically ignored us the whole hour we were there. And we argued with the man/woman (idk) and they told us we couldnt get our money back for something we werent able to use in the first place and we should have measured the stairs so it wasnt their fault! So after a much heated debate between my boyfriend and the clerk they decided to give us a refund but charge us a delivery fee to come pick the set up (umm youre picking it up not dropping it off!) So my boyfriend goes off again and a smart ass behind the counter says "just drop it off" and he went and found a truck and we brought that heavy bs back! The only good thing about this whole ordeal was getting a brand new stove for $400 (HA!) But just to be on the safe side DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are rude and unprofessional! They need to put a NEGATIVE 5 stars on here and it STILL wouldnt be a bad enough review!
