The fine Jewlery manager was amazing! I would give her personally a 5 star rating. I had a question about a return and she very informative and professional. She told me that the company has a strict 30 day policy. She said that I could contact the store manager (Arlisha) to ask about an overide. Ok great! I called the store manager and she was upset that the fine Jewlery manager would refer me to her. She rushed me off of the phone and told me she would call me back after she talked to the fine jewelry manager. Ok, no problem....I waited 3 days and she never called me back, so I decided to give her a follow up call. When I called her, she told me she was in the middle of something and had not spoken to the fine jewlery manager yet. Keep in mind, 3 days elapsed and my situation was not "important" enough to handle right away. Arlisha tried to rush me off of the phone again and told me she would call me back. I had to keep asking questions for her to finally tell me that the Store Manager can not overide Sears 30 day policy. Im not dissapointed in the policy, Im dissapointed at how the Store Manager handled the situation. All she had to do was refer me to corporate to begin with instead of giving me the run around. I contacted corporate and they were very helpful. I give corporate 5 stars and Arlisha 1 star for her poor service and lack of knowledge and professionalism as a manager.

Very rude and unhelpful employees! Ok so i ordered a water filter online & selected the option to pay in store . Upon receiving the email that my order is ready , i drive about 20 mins to pick up the filter . On the email , it clearly states that alls i need to do it go to the nearest register, pay for the item , and then go to the pick up area. I did just as the email said to do . I went to the register to pay for the item but the employee wasnt able to pull the order up . I showed him the email and for about 10 mins he tired to pull the order up . The whole time there was a female employee telling him that i needed to wait for an email with my order number stating that my order is ready for pick up . Mind you , the email i received said stated that it was ready for pick up . In the end after 15 mins both employees told me there was nothing they could do unless i had an order number with an email. I ended up leaving without my order dispite having to drive 20 and having proof of pick up confirmation !

THE SERVICE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT WAS HORRIBLE!!! People were waiting in line for an hour to get seen by the service rep. It was only one person waiting on the customers and from time to time another person would come out to check someone out but then disappear back into the Automotive bays. The guy that was waiting on the customers seem like he was taking his sweet time seeing the customers. I just had to try to exchange a battery that I purchased there and waited more than 30 minutes and when I go there it was 3 people in front of me. If you want to get GREAT customer service I would go to TIRES PLUS in Stockbridge, GA. Those guys(tires plus) will listen to what you want to get done and tell you an approximate time it will take to get the work done and you could go about your day instead of waiting in line for long periods of time just to tell someone you want your check engine light looked at.

Joshua Youngblood is the manager and I stood there and watch him talk down to my 82 year old retired Vietnam veteran grandfather. When I told him to check his condescending tone he pointed at his receipt with his middle finger while he looked me in the face. Needless to say I will never go to this sears again. Joshua Youngblood is extremely disrespectful and I cant even begin to understand how he represents that company.

This place is horrible especially the appliance department they will follow you around but when you start to ask questions they dont wanna help. I was asking questions about appliances and the older lady with a short hair cut didnt get her name but super rude all I can say was wow. So I went to the tool department an gentleman name David best customer service ever very helpful. If I ever shop here again I know who to avoid.

Every time I go here theres a problem or something that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If its not rude employees then its the fact they wont honor an advertised price. The last time I went I asked a free employee for help, he told me to find somebody else and that there were other people who worked in this apartment too. Im not going to make the mistake of coming here again.

I did not care for their customer service at all, this is my first and last time ever going to this sears. I overall disappointed in the service and it seems like they hired the wrong people with attitudes to work at sears. I wanted to give them a chance but it was sadly not the case. I hope the manager rethinks on who to hired because so far they are not doing a good job.
