Horrible... The owners at this company HATES Black people but love to sit in the black community and take our dollars. While trying to make a purchase I was treated like S*** the owner stated he accepted credit cards prior to my arrival once time to make the payment he states that he only do debit not credit transactions, I thought it was weird but went with it anyway. After watching me on the phone with me cc company trying to get a pin for about 30 min which they have to mail to you he finally decides he accepts cc, so he ask for my ID then charges my card and then I ask if you knew you can take a cc why would you have me on the phone trying to get a pin..... at that moment a bomb goes off in this guy he starts yelling screaming taking about just take your money back and get the F*** out my store Im like you already ran my cc so let me take my purchase and go, he denies my from the purchase and I left. These people are very disrespectful will smile in your face until you dont agree with the racial profiling when time to make payment. Thank you for denying my purchase and allowing me to see you for who you really are. If in need of any appliances please dont make your purchase here they have 0 respect for the black man.

They have great variety and service. I accidentally bumped into this place right when i needed an appliance--My refrigerator broke, and Home Depot would not deliver for a week. When i went into the store, i liked the variety of refrigerators they had. They had stainless, white, bisque, bottom freezers, side by side, top freezers, you name it. I checked a few other shops after I found this one and they didnt have the variety. Their prices were also competitive with the other places. One thing was a slight minus was that it also took them a few days to deliver so i had to find my own delivery person. However, the owner was very accomodating and wrapped it in cardboard and saran wrap to prevent scratches. Also, he gave me my money back for delivery because i decided to use my own delivery people. Overall, I am very pleased. I hope my fridge works for a long time! ****Update*** two years later, the fridge still works.

I like buying from Asher Appliances. The experiences have been both pleasant and affordable both times. The washer (used) that I purchased from them lasted a very long time. It would have probably lasted a few more years however my son overloaded it by mistake one day and I had to get a new one. Asher appliances came through for me again and I am very pleased with my washer and dryer. Did I mention that some of their appliances come with a 10 month warranty and if something mess up they will come to you. So if you are looking for something affordable and reliable I would recommend Asher Apploances.

I bought a fridge there about a year ago. Everyone was nice, except the dog which tried to bite me more than once. After about two months, the fridge started making noise. Since it was under warranty, I called. I was told it was probably a loose bolt, turn off the ice maker, and we set up a time for a repairman to come. No one came. Set up an appointment 2 more times and no one came. Cant use my ice maker because I cannot move the fridge myself to get to the bolt. Would recommend the appliances, but the warranty is crap.

I have purchased several items from Asher Appliance and also purchased railings for my King sized bed. My first refrigerator that I bought worked great, never any issues and he also gives a warranty. I will continue to purchase from Mr Asher because he has quality products and he is a honest man. My mom has also purchased appliances from Mr. Asher and she has not had any issues with her appliances either. :)

Buyer beware!! All sales are final no matter what! Guy gave us the wrong size mattress and we didnt realize till we got home. When I called the same day to see if I could exchange it for the correct size, I could not and the owner was very nasty about it. So now we are stuck with a new mattress we cant use!

About 5 yrs ago we bought 2 beds and the prices were great as well as the beds themselves.....Mr. Asher is kind but also a business man....the only issue I had was delivery....you may want to bring your own truck and help....now Im back to purchase again...looking forward to seeing what they have for me!

Ten years ago we purchased a washer and dryer set from Asher Appliances. The quality of the appliances were superb and still running great til today. Recently, we decided to upgrade all our appliances and we are very happy with service and their warranty.
