Absolutely horrible service to work with. Gave a 3 hour window (which is fine took the after noon off from work)..... about 15 minutes after the window called main office, and was told they would get back to me, since the technician had not arrived for the repair. 5:45 called them since they didnt return my call after an hour. Was told the technician went to the wrong apartment and instead of 1) Verifying the person/location against the ticket or 2) confirming the person he was speaking to matched the ticket, apparent instead they just left when my neighbor confused said no they didnt want any repairs or services. What a joke of a technician. When asked if they could possibly come out this evening and rectify the error (since we have jobs and dont have 3 hour windows every day to wait around) they said no and it wasnt their fault that their scheduler put the wrong apartment on the ticket, their technician didnt call ahead to say he was coming, their technician didnt verify the name on the ticket, their technician didnt question anyone and just went on his way. A joke company ran by fools. If a mistake is made fix it and apologize dont blame the costumer for your companies/employees mistakes.

Extremely unprofessional! A part broke on my Samsung refrigerator. Samsung sent out David Quick Appliances to handle the diagnosis & repair. After 3 months of ME attempting to follow up with them, (meanwhile, they dodged all of my calls, voicemails, and ultimately blamed Samsung for their ineptitude), I finally got so frustrated, I contacted Samsung to report them. The "final straw" (and what predicated my report to Samsung) occurred with Mary Quick (the wife). I explained to her my frustration in trying to get a hold of them - her response: "We have tons of customers and following up with each one would be impossible." She then tried to tell me "They were doing me a courtesy by not charging me for the part." This is a lie - as confirmed by Samsung - my fridge was still under warranty. Bottom line: Dont do business with these people. They are rude, argumentative, and deceptive. Go somewhere else while "David & Mary Slow" get their act together...

Our washing machine had a faulty part that kept the water from draining and when we called Quick Appliance to fix it he came that very same afternoon and fixed it within a half hour. He also charged a fair and reasonable price for parts and labor. That night, our washing machine began leaking, and I called him back the next day insinuating that perhaps he had a hand in it beginning to leak. Again, he came the same day that I called him and upon further investigation, the faulty part in question (the pump) had been leaking for quite some time but- Murphys Law - it happened to start leaking the day after he came. Still, he replaced our faulty pump for no charge, just on the off chance he had something to do with it. Quick Appliance not only has timely and competent service, they are also fair and decent people.

My Samsung dryer started making a terrible squealing and grinding sound after owning it for 7 months. Got a service request filed with Samsung and they sent out David Quick Appliance. David and his wife didnt wait a minute to get to work, knew immediately what the problem was, had the part to fix it, and my dryer was quiet again. Even after they fixed it there was still some vibrating I ask what can I do to stop that noise? David got back down on the floor and secured some plastic under the dryer that was vibrating and now its silent like the grave!!! Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful couple that fixed my dryer in 15 minutes and it feels like they changed my life!!!! Thank you both! Will be calling them in the future for my non warranty appliances!

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!! Worst experience ever. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The man came out to look at a problem with a dryer and a refrigerator. He had a bad attitude as soon as he came through my front door. He asked questions but wouldnt give me time to even answer before interrupting me. He consistently over-talked me until I got tired of it and told him I didnt like his attitude. Then an argument ensued and he said in a very condescending manner "maam, I am only going to explain this to you one more time". When I asked him to stop talking to me like I am a child, he walked out and slammed my door. He fixed nothing, by the way. Customers would do better to spend their money elsewhere.

I have dealt with these people since the late 80s and never a problem. I was delivered a washer and dryer and from the moment he delivered them, he was rude and short with me. The washer and dryer are so loud and noisy and I asked him if he had anything else he could deliver - the attitude from hell. My buzzer on my dryer has to be disconnected as it wakes my upstairs neighbors baby up. For 5 weeks he will not come out. I plan to take action if he does not disconnect the piece of crap. RUN RUN RUN from this place. Use to be a great place to get a washer and dryer and not it has gone to POT

The owner, Tim Quick is a total ass to deal with. He is rude and treats you like you are doing him a favor by shopping at his place which is full of crap appliances. Word on the street is that he is a slum landlord too. So if you are looking to rent property, dont do it from this guy. He wont even fix the appliances in his rental properties and if the tenants complain, he evicts them even with rent paid in full, just because he doesnt want to make any property repairs. He also seems to like to bully women too. I will yelp my head off about him.

I have never experienced such blatant disrespect. The owner should be ashamed of himself for even having a business that has no standard for customer service. He was very rude and obnoxious. Do not buy or sell anything to these people. Its not worth it. Just call them and youll see first hand without even having to waste your time or gas. I would rather give my appliance away then sell to these people.

I searched through reviews to find someone to fix my daughters dryer. So thankful the kind gentleman at Quick Appliance answered the phone and handled the repair. Very professional and even saved me money, when I wont have known the difference. I will proudly use them again if needed.

This place is just NOT worth the time for anyone to buy here! This owner is rude, obnoxious and seems to care less if he helps you or not. DO NOT get anything from here, there are too many other used appliance stores around. This one is the pitts and so is the owner
