My experience was strictly with an online purchase, not the brick and mortar store. I have purchased twice from Von Maurs online site. The first time was fine. Second time, for some inexplicable reason, FedEx was unable to locate my business address, odd because I received several other FedEx packages within the same week. I contacted both FedEx and Von Maur customer service. Von Maur twice stated they would contact me, the first after they said contacting FedEx. They never called. I wound up calling and emailing several times, finally to be refunded my money for "items that didnt work out." I paid for items never delivered. When the package finally did arrive, after the refund, I returned it to sender, unopened. While the problem was in the delivery, Von Maurs customer service was scripted, unprofessional, and completely tone-deaf to the idea of customer service for an upscale brand. Never had these problems with other upscale stores websites. Someone needs to review their customer service training and policies. If you say youre going to call, do it. Terrible experience.

I stopped by on my way to work to see what they were doing for the grand opening. They had a DJ, balloons, a raffle, and free tote bags. They also had free popcorn which was a little confusing as it was 8:30am..This location has clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, and some home items like plates, blankets, etc. Unfortunately, I didnt see any large furniture items but I guess that makes sense as theres not really any parking nearby.

Von Maur is my very favorite store. The employees make me feel like I am the only customer in the store. I have told my friends about the store and when they finally give in, they have said to me "I love your store" and I say "I told you." (smile). Whenever I have an event to attend, Von Maur is first on the to go list. My bucket list goal is to shop at all the Von Maur stores...I have a good number under my belt. Debbie A

Ive been here many times and its always a great place to shop.. They almost always have someone playing live piano. They have just normal clothing as well as higher end items. 5/5 as its always clean and bright inside. Only thing Id say Id like better is the trashcan right by the door in the mens restroom. I hate having to touch a door handle without a hand towel.

The customer service in this store is second to none. I also enjoy the piano music while shopping. A visit here is an experience not just merely making a purchase. The childrens department has a nice selection and is well organized. My favorite store.

Such a fantastic selection of high quality clothing and accessories! Service is great every time and I have found some great items on sale here. I make it a point to shop here each time I come to town.
