Good prices on day to day items. Good service. Better than Amazon these days. Friendly customer service. On the downside, its hard finding a price on much of their merchandise, so you have to search for a scanner, and although their employees are usually friendly and helpful, they are not always readily available and you may spend awhile tracking one down. Their clearance prices are a joke. Sometimes you might find a good deal, but usually theyll mark the price up, then mark it down. Sometimes they will clearance it for a whopping few cents off the price and call that clearence. Seriously, Ive seen things in clearance for a whole penny off the original before. Ive also seen them clearance things and the price has remained the same or gone UP. They have 30 checkout lanes but dont want to open them all, or even half, so they force their employees to cater to hundreds of angry customers in 4 open lines during peek hours. That gets ugly fast. I blame corporate because they are all the same. Every single store across the nation. But again, lately it beats Amazon whom Ive given up on. Usually I shop local living in a tiny town, however, when I need to go into town for a big trip, I trust Walmart and Meijer.

I have gone to the Walmart in Lapeer 4 times in the last 2 weeks attempting to buy the small boxes of Great Value vanilla pudding. Three of the four times there were none on the shelf. Two of those times I asked staff members to assist with getting it. No luck there. The first time I was told they were out of it. (The person didnt even check) They other time the staff member scanned the barcode and informed me there were 20 boxes of them, but they were still on the truck and wouldnt be on the shelf until sometime that night. The time there was some pudding on the shelf where it was supposed to be, there was a different flavor there in error. I pointed this out to a staff member and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. REALLY??? Last night when I went there the only check out lanes that were open were the self scanning ones. So I scan all my items only to be informed that you cant write a check at their self scanning check out lanes. WHAT??? Its funny, but I dont seem to have these kind of issues at Meijer or Kroger. Whats the deal Walmart?

Sells you merchandise thats obviously broken for full price. I reported a broken Mario amiibo that they were trying to sell at full price. I reported this TWICE in a three month span with this toy still on the shelf to sell it at full price. The box was broken into and Marios left hand is now completely broken off. The amiibo still works, but Im not buying a $13 amiibo that is broken. Maybe at most $9 as I could super glue it. Just be careful and make sure youre buying something that isnt broken and isnt being sold at full price. :/

Cant post any lower than one star. Have never received worse service in my life. The manager at the front desk was beyond rude and the cashier was more interested in staring at the boy in the next checkout lane I had to tell her three times it was waiting on the cashier before she heard me. Ill just have to start going to Meijers if this is what they allow at Walmart now a days.

Some areas of this store are well stocked and worth the trip. Other areas of the store are not. Often see empty shelves and dont always find what I need. I will say the staff have always been friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. So other than the fact that they need to stock their shelves better? Its a great place to shop overall....

I like it because I can get most of everything I need with out running all over town. And if you use the saving catcher they will check other stores prices and give you the money back if other store have it cheaper. Saves having to check all over to get the best price. Aisle could be a little wider,especially if you are in a wheel chair.

What the heck! I just saw someone walk out with something in their coat looking around to make sure no workers around. And they walked out the door no alarms went off, another person saw it also. I saw a worker and told her and she liked at me like i was a jerk. And she did nothing about it, and just let the person get a way!

Waited 45 minutes to buy a ring in the jewlery department, no one ever came. Paged them three times. Five workers looked right at me standing on the counter. Not like its super busy at 8:30pm on a Friday. Wasnt a five thousand dollar ring but it was a five dollar ring. Buy local i guess, at least they want to take your money.

Terrible service at service garage LONG LONG WAITING FOR HELP HOURS TO GET A TIRE PLUGGED SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES WAITED 40 MINITUES TO GET WAITED ON AT THE CHECK OUT AT THE SERVICE GARAGE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN IF I WERE YOU I WOULDNT EITHER UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO WAIT YOU SUCK!!!!

Called to get ahold of a worker at the custom service desk. Not only did I have to wait on the phone for a ridiculous amount of time, but the worker that answered was extremely rude and couldnt answer my question. Do not work in customer service if you lack a positive attitude towards a customer.

I love Walmart. Its where you can find anything your looking for and have your car serviced while doing it. Get your prescription filled get groceries and buy a gift or party favors. Whatever the occasion Walmart has you covered.

PRICE MATCH 3-MILE RADIUS.......R E A L L Y?????? Their meat sucks. Prices are way high. KROGER has better prices and nice meat. The workers are awesome people, but the managerial staff is comprised of nastys.

Its a typical Walmart..find what you need there. Subway food located inside. Deli. Bakery. Hearing Center. Money store. Vision. Hair salon. Pharmacy. Redbox. Game room. Large lawn garden. Pets. Much much more.

We waited way over the 30 minutes we were told we would have to wait at the pharmacy. Scripts were called in by the Dr and we were sent to the drop off counter to get them started. No stars for you today.

This is not my favorite Walmart. The produce is always bad. The store just seems to be disorganized. Most of the time they dont have enough cashiers to check you out and the self check is such a mess.

Cashing in bottles was a nightmare! The machines kept on breaking down and rejecting cans. When the other machine would accept the same cans. What would have taken us less than 10 minutes took us 25.

It is a very clean store. The employees are very nice and will jump to help you. The bad is the meat. I will not eat there buger or stakes chickn is ok pork chops are a no go.

I always know when a specific cart guy ( Mark ) is working because the parking lot is not full of carts everywhere. He does such a great job and is so nice and friendly.
