The store overall is ok, my one star is for the auto center. My tire was losing air quickly so I went in for a patch. I parked my car, walked in the door to the desk, and told the gentleman at the counter what I needed. He told me I need to go back outside and wait by the fence for someone to help me. I did what he said, stood there for a minute, and then another employee walked up to me after spotting me a minute before. He asked me what I needed, and I told him the reason. He began asking me questions, phone number, car info and all. He then told me that I missed the entrance. At first I was confused and then I asked if it is drive up service. He told me yeah. I have never been to a garage like that before and quite frankly I do not feel comfortable pulling into their garage, I did not know to do that. I asked if he would like me to pull the car up, and he told me no. I did not appreciate his sarcastic attitude to the fact that I "missed the entrance". He then handed me a sticker and walked away, no estimated time or thank you. Frustrated I walked back inside, purchased a few things, and came back to the waiting area. After a few minutes, another employee let me know my car was finished. The man from the beginning was at the register, and the gentleman that told me my car was done was next to him. I asked the mechanic if he knew what was in my tire. He replied very shortly, "I dont know I didnt work on your car." The man at the register told me it said it was a screw. I mentioned that I had bad luck, it was the second time in 3 months. The mechanic told me its time to get a new car. My car is a 2015 and I do not think a screw in the tire warrants a new car. I said I sure hope not its just a tire. The man at the register said, "its not the cars fault." To which the mechanic replied, "youre right, its the driver." And he walked outside. I do not think that missing the entrance really gives anyone the right to treat me so rudely and sarcastic. I had a rough week/day and they pissed me off that much more. I will never return to the walmart tire/lube center again.

It is okay.. but the biggest problem for me is the Deli. Always a problem with the Deli.. they never have enough people working back there... and when I go in the evening sometimes they will be closed at 6:30-7pm! Why does the deli close so EARLY?! Tonight I went there around 9pm and it looked like someone just up and left the Deli a mess...it wasnt cleaned up at all..yet they were closed...there was even a pack of meat left open on the counter!! I hope the morning shift doesnt put it back in the fridge to give customers! The slicer machines were dirty covered in scraps. The deli needs major improvement...they need to hire people for the evening when people want to eat dinner! Forget about ever finding anyone for the dressing room at this London location. Overall I do like that this Wal-Mart isnt that busy. There is a very grumpy old woman who does the uscan... I think she should be a greeter not working the fast paced uscan..she gets very irritable with customers...Ive heard her be downright rude and nasty. I have had good experience with the Customer Service desk with returns at least..

I worked for walmart for five years the whole time i gave extraordinary service but in the end i left to drive truck now my service pays what its worth so all you people who complain for no real reason should reevaluate how great your should service be when employees make 8.50 an hr and get treated horribly in a real slick way maybe u the customer should start demanding better wages and treatment for the workers at Walmart and stores like it and then if that happens and you still dont get your service then you should complain you never ever know what could happen to you in life and wouldnt believe some of the people i worked with and what they had achieved in life before something happened to them all ages and a lot of you customers are biggots just as struggling as the employees working their and are fronting

12 am we had a full shopping cart and they had no checkout lines open. There were 5 employees standing around doing nothing. Pretty sad really. They cheap out on a cashier in the name of keeping prices low and end up paying 5 others to do nothing. My girlfriend asked a girl where the manager was and she was one of the people doing nothing. She acted like she didnt hear us. What a bad place to shop. The woman made a dozen excuses why they didnt open a checkout lane. Then a guy came and asked for a cashier and they opened a lane right up. I wanted to leave our stuff there and leave but my girlfriend was fianally finished checking out. Weve spent at least $100 in this store every week for the past 9 years. This service is unacceptable. Avoid this store and shop elsewhere.

I would never recommend walmart to nobody this store absolutely sucks 18 registers and not one open have to use u scan and something would not scan and the lady working the u scan looked at me like I was stupid so I pushed the whole cart to her and told her to have fun putting it all back and she said ok I called talked to assistant manager after being on hold for 20 min and she said she dont know why there was no registers open like she didnt know and I am calling the corporate office on my break at work tomorrow since I dont have any groceries to take me lunch to eat

Customer service sucks. I CALLED before coming in to see if they could cash my school check and was told yes, got there and they would not even run the check even though its a government issued check which they claim to cash. I went to Walmart in Springfield and they cashed it. The service worker said no Walmart can cash it, well you need retraining Bc yes Walmart DOES cash school issued checks.

My experience was the worse . went to London oh store today . I needed paint and supplies and had to ask for help two times from other departments then still no service so called front desk I waited over 25 mins just to get paint. Was so upset I left. Maybe its time to shop Lowes now. We were trying to support our local store. We are retired military and shop weekly here . Now just disappointed.

130 get my oil changed the Columbus use couldnt figure out how to get the drain plug out I would never go there for any kind of work on my car if youre shopping for groceries or stuff its all right but as far as work on your car never go there you are warned

I stopped into this Walmart to pick up a piece of jewelry my wife likes. She pointed out a while ago and I wanted to get it for her to cheer her up. I didnt know this but apparently you cant get jewelry before 7am. I find myself frustrated very often here.
