I find it difficult to believe that some folks gave the sales staff such high reviews. I would say the customer service and attention are spotty at best. I literally just walked into the store towards the mens skincare products, several of the sales associates were available and actually conversing with one another. I stood visible to most and not one person came over to offer assistance, or said hello at the least. On my way out of the store, a few of the sales associates looked my direction as I was leaving and still said nothing. Needless to say, Ill definitely be going back to Saks, or shop online. The only positive I can say is that this store is almost always pristine in appearance and organization... so apparently the sales staff are doing something productive.

How lovely well, I must say, I am Tar Jay fan to begin with and to see this place have 2 stores was absolutely delightful. It was bright and beautiful and I always always ended up wanting at least an item or two in their clothes department. The only thing is, their adventure department is simply lacking! Camping, biking, etc was just a big blah then again, thats not their specialty. The toy section was also a big mess . ha-ha, kids were probably having a ball in that section.

Without having to sound snobby or snooty, shopping at Nordstrom for mens clothing is by far a better experience than say, Macys or anywhere else that carries similar brands. I went in this past holiday season to exchange a gift that was bought online. Since it wasnt available, I was kindly and professionally directed to an alternative which worked out very nicely indeed.

I loved Nordstrom in GA and VA. This is by far the worst ever. Others must be service starved OH natives that do not know the REAL Nordstrom level of service. I either only go online or wait for a return trip home to get my Nordstrom stuff (which is getting less and less as I seek alternatives). Try Von maur or Saks at Polaris before subjecting yourself to this store.

Do not apply here,they are very snobby and sitting with their high horse attitude plus love to talk about their co-workers behind their back.I would rather spend my money at Macys, where I know I am valued as a customer and not looked at as how much I am willing to spend!Image is not everything.

I love this store! This is one of my favorite places to shop. Yes, its expensive. The staff is always VERY friendly and will go to the ends of the earth to help you. Unlike Macys everything is always neatly stacked and folded. I love how clean everything is. It really makes shopping a joy.

This Nordstrom store is easy to park near, but I have a consistent problem of not being able to find a single pair of shoes in my size. They have some decently priced house-brand dress shirts and pants, but anything else is very expensive.

Nordstroms second floor restaurant is a hidden treasure! This casual stop is tops on my list for a great salad. Their desserts are also top notch. The cafe has a kids menu with all of their favs - mac&cheese, pizza, etc. Enjoy!

I personally dont shop here, but from a guys perspective this place is really easy to hang around, especially if youre looking for someplace to sit. If youre going to be there a while try the Bistro on the second floor.

Most sales staff are busy talking except for the cosmetics associate who asked if my son was my grandson. INAPPROPRIATE. RUDE. NOT HELPFUL. No sales from me. Bought at Macys where staff was friendly and helpful.

My all time favorite store!!! Their shoe section has to be by far the best in Columbus! The sales people are also very friendly and so helpful! Always recommend this store to all my friends for anything :)))))
