Horrible management and horrible customer service here. Ive been here OVER 20 times so I can give an accurate non-bias review on this place. Heres the facts on this place. Fact #1: Super dirty. Compared to other targets, this store is super dirty. From the bathrooms to the dressing rooms; this place always is dirty. Fact#2: The manager "Andrea" doesnt want to help customers and doesnt do her job. Ive openly seen people complain about her MULTIPLE times and shes still there. Fact #3: Prices arent posted right. Ive tried to buy things many times and the sign will say one thing but it will ring up a total different price. They dont honor the price here and will openly tell you "Sorry, theirs nothing we can do". Fact#4: Employees dont respect management. I was here recently and 2 employees apologized for how bad the manager acted. My wife and I wanted to buy something and the sign said one thing but it rang up a total different price. The manager wouldnt help and 2 employees said sorry for how bad the management is. Super crazy. Thats the facts on this place. Dirty, bad management, disorganized, and bad customer service. This place gives Target a bad name.

Ive been to many Target stores in my life and so far this one is the best. This store may not have the largest selection but the price is right and I dont feel rushed or hurried to get out of the store, and the employees make my trip worth while. They always ask if I need help finding anything and never act rude or inconsiderate toward me, even make my chuckle here and there ( the employee that wears the safety vest working up front always makes my day). Great deals and a friendly atmosphere makes every trip an enjoyable experience.

Hey, its a Target. This ones typical - nothing out of the ordinary, laid out like most other Targets, etc. Thats not a bad thing, I love me some Target. The only drawback isnt really Targets fault, but its just hard to get to this location on the weekends. The mall traffic on Buford Drive is so bad that if you live near 985, and you dont need to go anywhere else nearby, you should probably just go up to Flowery Branch instead. This goes double for November and December, when the Christmas shoppers make it even worse.

Annoying that someone bought a gift and had it shipped to my store, but apparently I only had 2-3 days to pick it up. That wasnt something I knew, so I showed up on the fourth day and it was put back on the floor. I had to go find it & purchase it, which meant spending twice the amount of time in line. :/ However, staff were friendly and helpful (as long as they didnt have to move from their stations). Place was clean.

Went in on Tuesday to pick up a TV. When I got home you could tell the tube was busted. I called the office and returned the TV the next morning for exchange of another one. Went in the next morning and exchanged the TV and when I got home the same problem existed in the new TV. Called the office to inform them of the new TV. Management stated they will give me a 25% discount on our next item. Ridiculous.....

I have never been, nor ever will be a Wal-Mart fan, so Target is my favorite of all the big box stores. Their prices are always fair - if not the lowest you can find for the quality of merchandise youll find here. Ive shopped at this location for several years and have never had an issue. The staff has always been courteous and helpful and the store is always in tidy, working order.

You can never make a wrong trip to Target. The associates are super nice and helpful when you need them. The deals are amazing, especially if you have a Target RedCard. Using the RedCard to get an extra 5% off on top of sales and Cartwheel deals makes my trips to Target a no brainer.

Found what I needed, just wish they carried more natural products and labeled it better to find them. Also cashier was really nice while offering me the card account but was extremely rude at the end I had to finish bagging my items and she didnt look or say anything to me.

Josh was the best cashier ever. He had a positive attitude, he was in a great mood and it made my checkout experience the best. I hope he receives his blessings for blessing my sister and I at the register.

This particular Target tends to be organized, clean and has friendly employees. The traffic around the mall does add to the time you will spend getting in and out of this place, but that should be expected.

I dont know why I dont much care for this location. Its less than 2 miles away and yet I drive 14 miles to get to another one. Of course Id walk 14 miles to ANY Target if it keeps me out of Wal-Mart

A review of this Target, and any Target, should basically all be the same. Its better than Walmart, and its always consistent. This location is no different than the others. No negatives of note.

Stores laid out good, I can easily find things and the employees are nice, but there needs to be more cashiers up front, theres usually alot of customers and maybe two or three cashiers

Lots of things to browse through. The aisles are a bit tight especially in high traffic areas like the makeup section. The cashier we had was super fun and easy to get along with.

This Target never has anything in stock in the toy section. 3 times is a row there wasn't a single monster high doll on the shelf.

Clean location. Just need better shopping carts, hopefully they will get the new ones soon like the other locations have.

Nice Target store. Kinda smallish but it was clean and has a grocery department. Not too difficult to find as well.
