Compared to the other Ross stores near Atlanta(Lawrenceville, Duluth, etc) this one is at the bottom of the list. Their handbag section is practically non existent and the rest of the store just looks very unstocked. Their home decor section is ok but thats about it. And every time Ive ever gone in, theres this one girl at the cash register(she has braids now) that just always seems like shed rather be anywhere else but there. I was so excited for Athens to finally get their own Ross but after my recent experiences, I think Ill just chunk up the drive to the ones near Atlanta.

Terrible returns process. I returned an item here and was given a receipt indicating store credit. I came back another day and they said I needed a voucher to be able to use the store credit and that the receipt wasnt enough. I was never given a voucher. After speaking to a manager and ross customer service for almost two hours they didnt honor the store credit. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, if you come here youre throwing your money away.

I went to Ross a month ago n I was not impressed with the store at all. It was very crowded n trashy. A lot of people n kids were running around the store. It was not a sophisticated place to be. I was very disappointed bc is in Oconee County. I will never go back. N the clothes that they have are not cute at all.

Ross is a godly place where they have heat to cop on your feet that give you 3rd degree burns they are so fye. I go there 2 times a week and have gotten around 5 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of cleats. this place is not an ordinary thrift store. Its a heaven

As one of the previous posters stated, it isnt a sophisticated place. Its a place where you go when you have a budget. The items inside are fair priced and decent looking clothing. Id recommend shopping here. Just dont go during peak hours.

The older woman with glasses in the ladies section was repremanding an employee so everyone could hear it and being argumentative with customers in the fitting room. Someone take that lady out of customer service! WOW!

The clothes are pretty, but they do not fit right whatsoever. I would use this place for Halloween costumes, and thats about it.
