Im usually pleased with Target Corporation and what they stand for. Unfortunately, one of their employees was extremely condescending. Instead of helping me find what I was looking for, his language and tone led me to believe my question was stupid. Customer: Do you have Nighmare Before Christmas in stock? Employee: Um, thats more of a... Halloweeeeeeen movie... sooo... we stock that around Halloween... not Christmaaaaaasssss... What I really wanted to say was Arent there other movies besides Christmas movies in the DVD section? and Why, then, are they selling Nightmare Before Christmas pajamas in the next aisle within their seasonal display? In addition to the fact, the movie title has the word Christmas in it! I just left. Didnt want to blow up at a retail employee around the holidays.

I love Target! Im registered here for my baby shower. The only problem is that they cant keep anything in stock at all stores Ive been to & even online!? Ive had every person that has went in store to purchase something for me from my registry list tell me what they wanted to get was Out Of Stock & they had to get something else!!?! Even online is a mess! Alot of my items have NO picture available? & or No price listed.. Not only am I loosing out but Target really is!!! Nobody is buying from my registry now so Ill get crap I DONT need & Target gets NO Money.... Wtf get this together.....

Clean store, lots of products at a great price. Had a whole shopping cart of stuff and was checking out when the cashier told me my card had declined and started giving me attitude. I checked my balance right there and new I had money but the lady wouldnt let me slide again and was telling me they dont do hand outs. I left feeling belittled and quite aweful. I went to Meijer and got the same products and checked out just fine with that same card that got "declined". I would never go back.

A usually busy Target, which can lead to long checkout lines. Ive also found it difficult to find a staff member to answer questions, and when I used the Red Phone Help Kiosk, the employee who arrived wasnt the most friendly, though very helpful. The Starbucks is also almost always packed with a line and seems to be understaffed, so its usually not the best place to jump in for a quick latte.

Love coming to this Target and staff is very friendly! I do advise them to do a better job at training for their Starbucks staff. There are a couple really good employees who know what theyre doing, but some that have no clue about anything. Paying over $5 for a drink and it coming out just milk is not worth it. Please train your staff better or move them to a different department!

Most awesome experience in your Commerce store today! Store associates were directing guests to the check out lines. It was polite orderly and makes sooo much sense at this time of the year! Way to go Target! Now please convince the rest of the retailers to follow your style. I am your customer for life!

Love this target, excellent customer service. Anytime I ask someone for help, they go above and beyond. Ive had to deal with mgmt during a return and was impressed with their promptness, willingness and competency. The Starbucks inside can be hit or miss but I still love that its there.

Although this location isnt my typical go to Target store thats closer to my home. Its ok. On my way to the checkouts I decided to grab a snack. But , the store is cluttered in that area and there not many choices to pick from (unlike the location that I often shop at).

Helpful staff and a tidy store. A good place to grab your groceries if you dont like the chaos of most other stores around rush hour. They also have a broader selectiin of home goods and decor than smaller Target stores.

This Target is always very clean, and they have great employees. Several of the employees I see very regularly and they are so pleasant and cheerful. They have great sales, and are in a very convenient location!

I forgot my keys in the washroom at the sink and someone turned them in thankfully, staff was helpful in helping me track them down when they werent aware of anyone turning some in at first.

The store is usually very clean. The employees are very helpful. The real problem is most of the people that shop at this location are very pushy and rude. But the store itself is great!

No sense of urgency. Almost like the cashiers are stalling on purpose. I usually go to target over Walmart because employees tend to be a bit more lucid. Not the case at this location.
