This may be one of my most-preferred stores in Livonia. The reason is because the quality of all the items offered in this store (clothing varieties, jewelry, misc. accessories) appear to be well-built and are neatly arranged, along with offering a wider-than-normal space to walk through. The stores look is a little bleak on the outside, but on the inside is a store filled with character (tiled floors, designs along the walls, etc.) I was here with my mother conducting some returns and purchases and we were helped out by two employees who valued our patience and were cooperative, along with being well-groomed in appearence. As an added plus, there was a piano player playing classic and contemporary music on the south-central ground floor of the store.

Rachel in jewelry is not customerservice oriented..every time she waits on me she very dry have a nasty attitude..but Ive seen her interact with other customers but i figuring she has a problem with me my money spend like every one elses..im trying not to think its a race thing but im not sure. Today i brought this to a managers attention.maybe than can talk with her or something ... i really dnt want to stop shopping there because of on associate. I dnt want to close my account because of one bad apple......

Always a great place to shop. The best brands in mens and ladies shoes and clothing. Their no interest credit card is really a plus as well. Shopping in a store that wraps your gifts, ships them, always for free is another perk. The nicest thing is having personal shoppers that know your likes and notify you when things go on sale, they even take your coat to coat check in the winter, and help you take your packages to your car. Yes, Von Maur will spoil you, why shop anywhere else?
