While its a convenient and heavily stocked location. The staff is HORRIBLE, Especially management. My son picked out a video game. The sales person stated it would be up at self checkout when I was ready to cash out because I had more shopping to do. Get up to self-check-out, game is not there. Three, not one, not two, BUT THREE cashiers standing around at self-checkout looking at me like, sorry your out of luck no one brought the game to us. I requested they call and they all continued to sit there. Meanwhile two persons whom I later found out where managers were sitting on the floor in the self-checkout digging money from the machines and counting it ON THE FLOOR..one of the 3 girls asked about my game and the one female said Im buys Im not getting it. loud enough for me to hear yet rude enough not to look at me. I then was standing there and asked again, can you please call the game center and get them to bring the game. they all looked at me like I was stupid and I said okay ladies...can someone please just go get the game so I can cash out, its now been 15 minutes waiting. My groceries are melting...the yellow shirt gal stands up and goes, they brought you the wrong game. I said okay so can I get the correct game so i can cash out, she looks at the other girls and says Im not doing it. I said okay, can I please speak with a manager. The other yellow shirted employee stands up along side of the yellow shirted woman and says, we are the managers maam, what can I help you with. I said are you kidding me? Youve been sitting there the entire time while Im patiently waiting for a video game that your staff told was up here waiting for me and meanwhile youve 5 employees not willing to find out where the game is?? and your getting rude with me like Im causing an issue? Im just trying to check out. Finally the young man came up that originally told me the game was going to be there and apologized and said I brought up the wrong game. The managers walked off with an attitude like I was being difficult because I wouldnt cash out until I had the game...smh...meanwhile my 7-year-old is standing there with me the entire time. If you have to run in to grab something quick because its convenient and cheap, by all means, but to have to utilize any staff or management...forget it. Youre on your own...theyre disgusting and corporate should be reevaluating this store...#1 customer service is horrible. #2 Management is even worse. #3 obviously they dont care about loss prevention because none of them cared to find out where the missing video game was that had to be escorted to the front...silly...just silly... NEWSFLASH MANAGERS.... are not managers to bully staff and be rude to clients...theyre there to manage all aspects of the business because respectfully someone from upper management saw something good in that person they chose for management...unfortunately some corporations just fill seats instead of actually caring about whom is representing their company. Shame.... Shame....

I recently started visiting this Walmart seeing as how it is the closest store to home. My first visit to pick up a few things (about 6 items) was in early May. Considering I only had 6 items I got in the "Express Lane" checkout. There was about 6 people waiting in line, so I assumed things would go quick. The lady working the register was very slow-paced and didnt seem to care about the efficiency of her lane. I spent a good 15 minutes waiting in a line of 6 people, all of who had no more than 10 items. The wait time was ridiculous. Looking down at all of the isles the store offers, and seeing only 5 of them actually open was disappointing. One would figure that management would staff the lanes more heavily around 6:30-7:00. Going back a second time I got to witness a lack of lane management yet again. "Express Lane" had about 8 people at each of the registers, and once again only about 4 lanes were open. This lady working the register was quicker, but still much to long of a wait for an "Express Lane." I have since visited the store for a total of around 14 times, and every time the lanes are improperly staffed. People waiting in the lines get very inpatient, and the wait time to get to the actual register is ridiculous. On numerous occasions I have seen people in the "Express Lane" that is for 20 items or less, with about 35 items. I asked the cashier why they werent directed to a normal isle and she said "well they just get mad anyways if we say anything." Customer service is everything, but you need to establish a set of policies and actually follow them. In the long run pushing the lady with 35 items to another lane would have made her unhappy for the moment, but 7 other people waiting in line happy their whole visit. Time for management to manage and coach employees rather than let them come in to collect a paycheck only. On top of all the long wait times I also encountered one other situation. While my girlfriend and I were waiting in line, another employee approached the cashier in the isle we were at. Instead of waiting for the cashier to be done with us, the other employee split between my girlfriend and I (without saying "excuse me") and began showing her frustration about another employee. This event was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Sadly, we will not be returning to this Walmart any longer. It is clear as day why this Walmart has received so many negative reviews, and it will continue to as long as these issues are left unattended too.

Terrible terrible terrible! one of the worst experiences Ive ever had! I went there for something so simple and it got screwed up so bad! the only thing that made it okay was Terry the Service Manager in automotive. I went there to buy a car battery and have it installed. I got there at 5:20 told them I needed a car battery and I needed it installed, they looked up what battery my van took said okay we got it gave me a price and wrote me up for service then they said theyre really busy its going to be a while I said no problem. My car was the last one to get work done still not a problem at 645 they tell me they dont have my battery in stock. After i waited all this time???? This is not the worse part. Supposedly they put my battery back in my van I go to leave my van wont start they have to jump me I say why my battery was running before I got there they said well probably because we took it out and it was sitting awhile I dont know much about it okay they say its going to recharge itself though. I get up this morning to go to work my car wont start all the lights come on the radio works everything works but the car wont start they put the wrong battery back in my car they didnt give me my battery back now Im late for work and yes Im highly upset. I called the store it takes 5 times for me to call for somebody to answer I asked for the store manager I get Jared all he can say is Im sorry come back and pick up your old battery. Are you kidding me???? Im going to come back to Walmart to pick up a battery that Im not even sure Im going to get the right one again??? I want to AutoZone no problem where I should have gone in the first place!!!!! Yes I will be calling corporate on Monday
