As soon as I walked in, an employee started hounding me with help asking how I was and if Im looking for anything, which is fine. I dont believe getting questioned as soon as you walk in is needed, but clearly some people like it. But when I say no, Im just looking - thats me politely telling you I dont want to be bothered and I want to look. So what does she do? Ask me if Ive ever been there before as if its not a normal damn store with shelves and product. Incidentally, they didnt have the litter I wanted so I left, but even if it was there, I dont think Id go back. Just let me shop in peace without your vapid questioning. The store did look nice, but since she was following me around, I didnt get a good look. God, how bothersome.

Store employees are welcoming and helpful. The store is attractive and clean. Great product choice, high quality. Self dog wash, and there is now a groomer onsite. Best of all this company is involved with local rescues (donates store products, collects donations from the public, hosts adoption events, has cats and kittens from local rescue available for adoption) and collects donations to support national organizations such as United States War Dogs and Americas VetDogs.
